In the reflections on the Psalms, C.S. Lewis writes that praise is "inner health made audible." Isn't that beautiful?

For those with healthy spiritual life, praise is natural. It easily flows from the heart of one who has a true relationship with God. They only can understand the true meaning, the power and heavenly blessings in praise.

We all know the most blessed and popular hymn writer, Fanny Crossby who penned more than 9000 hymns, even though she became blind within few months of her birth.

If we hear lyrics of few songs she penned, "Pass me not O gentle Saviour hear my humble cry...."

"Blessed Assurance Jesus is mine..." and "Safe in the arms of Jesus" to name few.

She experienced the true amazing love and his majestic power and glory, inspite of her disability, which we struggle to emulate. So, even when when are going through the lowest valley experience, our faith will not be disturbed.

I have seen just in few worships out of so many I watched from the platform. I've seen the hardest of hearts melt. I've seen repentance. I've seen relationships restored and marriages healed and restored. Fullness of joy in life restored.

Praise can change us if we allow Christ to be the pilot of our lives. Then, praise changes relationships. It changes hearts. In changes mindsets. In true praise, our focus shifts from us to God. From problems to the solutions. From pain to promise. From hurt to hope.

Praise is personal. It purifies us into His image. He moulds us. He keeps transforming us.

Person with tough mental toughness will never give up, but triumph. Person who is going to rise up after defeat, failures, set backs, disappointment will be successfully triumphant finally.

Failure is never never a problem, but staying there is a complete failure and compounds the problem.

Dinesh Karthik, the dashing batsman from Tamilnadu was dropped from Indian Cricket team in the year, 2019. Dhoni, the then captain, wicket keeper and batsman was playing all three formats, Test matches, one day internationals, and

T 20 internationals, firmly established himself. Wridhiman Saha, Sanju Samson, Rishabh Pant were knocking the doors of selection. The road to Dinesh Karthik comeback was certainly bleak, dark, uncertain, gloomy and impossible. If we need to be successful, we need to enjoy what we are doing even if the path is difficult. It doesn't matter. Dinesh Karthik did the same. . His first wife, Nikita Vanjara brutally betrayed and deceived him in the year 2012 and he divorced her immediately. That did not deter him to pursue his most cherished career.

He had his focus on his goal and vision. He had grit, confidence and he was disciplined to practise without giving up even though he was surrounded with so many personal, domestic problems and professional challenges.

Finally, Dinesh Karthik has made a comeback to Indian cricket T 20 International team amidst stiff cut throat competition after more than three years. He is selected and at present playing already against South Africa. In the recent most world popular IPL cricket tournament, playing for Royal Challengers, he batted in the lower order and played the finisher role to perfection scoring at an astounding average of 55 and a phenomenal strike rate of 183.33. Probably if he continues this form, he will be an automatic choice in the World cup, 2022 squad.

Though he faced more struggles in his personal and professional life, he is the only one who came back to international career/world Cup squad than any other player in the world.

Even in our Christian life, even though we might face so many disappointments, defeats, failures, accusations, sin, rejections, our walk with Christ must be focused, consistent, transparent, faithful and trust worthy. Then we can be successful and victorious like Dinesh Karthik and even our biblical characters like Abraham, Daniel, Joseph, Hannah and Deborah.

If you have been serving God for long time, but disheartened because things are not to your expectations, keep pursuing with even more diligence and do not give up...

To those who are physically tired and mentally drained of life, do not give up, light is there at the end of the dark tunnel.

To those who are struggling to walk with God because of some addictions, do not give up. He is just nearby. A righteous man may fall several times, but he rises up.

To those who are finding not only hard to pray, unable to enjoy praying, we need to remove the worldly attractions, remove the craving for power position and wealth which are just temporary, and come closer to Him, and do not give up..

To those who are unable to read and enjoy God's Word and unable to retain it, do not give up, but keep pursuing in God's Word. It will drive away all the secret sins and strongholds.

To those who are discouraged often, disheartened, depressed, lonely, the sick, and to all those who feel like the devil is just walking all over you and feel crushed from all corners, Never give up.

Word of God says in Mt. 11:28 "Come unto Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened, I shall l give you rest.

God does not only give salvation for our souls but He also gives us different term of salvation called deliverance from our struggles, deliverance from wicked thoughts, from demonic witch craft attacks and from every form of evil.

Ps 37:39-40. But the salvation of the righteous is of the Lord. He is their strength in times of trouble. And the Lord shall help them and delivers them from wicked.

The person Who Worries Reveals His Lack Of Trust In God.

If we have strong faith in God, we don't keep worrying, we will not be anxious, we will not be fearful in whatever situation we are in! Amen!!

If we have faith, fears are never our insecurities. Jesus says often, "Worries demonstrate lack of faith in God." Faith is not a magic wand to drive away fear and worry just like that, when situations and problems crop up neck deep. Faith needs commitment and a steady relationship with the Lord and obedience to Him. Those who are truly faithful to Lord, will be mostly stronger in faith.

Because without developing a relationship and trust we can never build faith instantly like a soda bottle experience. That's really defined as faith in God. So, it's much much better to be in close relationship with God building our faith always.

How can we change our fear with faith?

Scripture builds our faith. Personal Prayer in private with the Lord Almighty builds our faith. Fellowship with God's children builds our faith. The familiar phrase, " Do not be afraid or fearful" is written in the Bible more than 365 times in the Bible

Word of God says in

Rom..10:17, "Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God."

Prov. 3: 5 & 6. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In ALL thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy path.

It's very clear, in times of trials, in terms of severe adversities and troubles, we need to focus on Him, Christ the Lord, and His Word and keep declaring and praising God. And not focus on the trouble or situations...

Topic : What Does It Means To Be Faithful To God? If We Are Faithful In The Sight Of God, He Will Bless Us With His Divine Plan Richly Beyond Human Comprehension.

I have named few disciples in this devotion whom God used in a mighty way who were faithful in his sight.

Paul says to the church at Philippines, in Philip 2 : 19, 20, 21.

But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you shortly, for I have no one like minded who will sincerely care for your state. For all seek their own and not the things which are of Christ...

When we are truly faithful to God, this faithfulness shapes the way we live. And fruitfulness and God's favour will be seen by others.

Faithfulness requires us to submit our ways to God. It comes from a place of realising that we are in need of a Savior and that, He is in control of our lives.

How do I become faithful to God?

We can become faithful to God by not just preparing our hearts to worship on the sunday services, but it's a necessity to have powerful intimate personal prayers alone with God for long time everyday. And not long prayers in public to showcase our language, talent and eloquence to the galleries which unfortunately has taken much attention these days.

Our personal prayers when they are strong and has continuous flow, it brings us correction, edifies and corrects us constantly and humbles us. And helps us to be trust worthy, with honesty and integrity, acceptable and pleasing before the throne of the Lord Almighty.

A faithful person with his personal prayers, the Lord will transform him and us from inside out, and we will be a living sacrifice, acceptable in the sight of God. Being faithful has been evident in the early church by the disciples especially after the resurrection of Christ.

Revival has come to a standstill unfortunately and I feel so saddened within, lovelessness has taken deep root, there are more activities, more works, more time is being spent without real passion, hunger, without love for God and desire to build God's kingdom, but building our own and feeding our egos. We speak only sugar coated words to get favours in this world putting Christ behind.

Who are the faithful people who served God and what was the result?

If we see the early church after resurrection, true massive revival, birth of the church and rapid growth of the church took place. The reason for such massive revival has been, they were all in one accord, with genuine love for each other and enjoyed the success of each other which is sadly missing in these days.

Right from Simon Peter, apostle Paul and Silas, Timothy, John, Barnabas and John Mark, Stephen, Philip, Justin, Aquila and Priscilla to name few who were faithful in the sight of God. God used them in mighty way and built His church which took birth exactly after 50 days of resurrection of Christ.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Rejoice always... Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

The way we act or react when we are sick, the way we act when chips are down and life is hard, truly exposes how much we have grown or speaks volumes of our maturity and faith levels, and faithfulness.

The way we act or the way we react, when someone accuses or blames us or puts us down intentionally exposes how strong or how we weak we are! Yes! We all fail in this area. But we need to rise to see to it that we do not fall always and behave ourselves in an ungodly way.. Otherwise, we are no better than the heathens.

Though Simon Peter along with other disciples of Jesus, lived with Jesus everyday for 31/2 years, seeing the signs and wonders and his compassionate and kind heart during Jesus ministry, we see Peter reacted instantly and cut off the ear of high priest's servant when they came to arrest Jesus.

When God tests our stand for Him we fail oftentimes miserably, and thus, we are sometimes fruitless and come short of God's divine and abundant blessings.

Let us recall one more incident from the life of Simon Peter. When a little damsel questioned Peter that he was with Jesus, he feared exceedingly for his life, and immediately denies telling that little damsel that he never knew who this Jesus is.... Peter under pressure denied Jesus. Peter like other worldly people reacted under emotion to cut off the ear.

"Discipline Automatically Does Not Make Someone A Leader, But No One Can Lead For Long Without It."

"More governments have failed from poor discipline than poor policies."

"More Church Leaderships have failed miserably due to bad discipline than bad theology."

"Super achievers don't waste time in unproductive and catastrophic thoughts. They think constructively and they knew their level of thinking determines their success." - Dr. Seymour Epstein.

Paul said in 1 Cor. 9:26, "I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. But, I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest I myself be disqualified. A champion boxer must have a clear focused aim in the ring. Few seconds distraction is enough for him to be knocked out of the event. But, an indisciplined boxer who never disciplined himself to have a focused training and hard work will throw wild punches in the sir, never landing a blow on his opponent.

Similarly, an indisciplined believer suffers consistent defeats in his bout or fight against sin.

So, it's important to train ourselves with discipline to pursue godliness. To pursue true victory and success, we need to discipline ourselves to walk in Spirit and not in flesh and in pursuit of fleshly lustful desires. But to discipline ourselves in biblical preaching, participate in fellowship, Word, Personal Prayers, Praise and worship, and most importantly practice and implement it in our daily life. Otherwise, our Christian life will be just like seeing in the mirror, the mud and dirt all over the face and not cleaning it.
