Topic : Loneliness! It Is universal. God Understands Our Loneliness.

If We Say, We Are God's Children,

Then We Are Never Alone...

More closer to Christ, lesser is the degree of loneliness. The void is filled by the gentle presence of Christ within us which reflects in us and through us, i.e by being caring, loving, being compassionate, generous, helping others, and so on...

Such people will be far far less lonelier than those who are without Christ. The reason is, they are busy in caring for others, helping others, edifying others, building others, encouraging others, and therefore there is no void and emptiness in their lives. Even if it's there, it stays afar because of their busy virtuous deeds. You can check yourself with any person who truly loves and fears the Lord. They might have loneliness, but it does not affect them.

However, the most loneliest person whom loneliness haunts is - "The one who has no place for Christ in his life." And therefore life is filled with bitterness, resentment , always busy in arguments, fights, creates often friction, no self control, no respect towards others, full of controversies, such people face long long durations of loneliness since Christ's presence is not evident in their lives. Even though they look they are fine, but they are the most loneliest people..😨

People may have good education, wealth, high positions, and succesful business too - Yet, without Christ .... to be most fearful and lonesome with frequent bouts of despair and depression. Also A

an angry person is always a lonely person too!! 🙂

There are also set of lonely people who have a feeling of inner emptiness, isolation and desolation. Even if they are surrounded by others, they often feel left out, unwanted, rejected...

Pa. 34:18. The lord is close to the broken hearted and those who are crushed in spirit.

Ps. 62:01 Truly , my soul silently waits for God;

"You are never alone when you are alone with God." Woodrow Kroll.

It is a leading cause of suicide all over the universe irrespective of rich or poor or a celebrity. People feel various kinds of loneliness.

Loneliness is a negative state marked by a sense of isolation. It is possible to be with people and still feel lonely. There is the loneliness of suffering. They suffer within without disclosing to anyone and become even more lonely. Many people experience loneliness in society, or there is the loneliness of sorrow, guilt, and judgment. Some feel loneliness when they lose someone precious and dear ones. They feel the whole world is crushed and closed.

All of us feel at times loneliness especially during low times... We don’t know what it is. It makes us restless. Is there a way out?? You see, man was made for God; and without God, he is lonely. Is it possible to overcome loneliness??

We are Blessed people, because We are washed with His blood. So, when we give to anyone be it to the Church, to the missionary, to a needy person, we are giving it in the name of Jesus. So, there must be not be any pride, arrogance and boasting involved while giving...

I have a very close friend who shares everything including his personal life, except "what he gives and to whom he gives." He once purchased a new scooter several years back on loan and gave to the one who needed it most. I have come to know recently through my relatives and not from him.

Usually it happens to all of us. When our car/ motor bike stops at the signal, and someone taps our car pleading for money, we do give, but we don't even see them while we give. And we are so careful and see that our hands do not touch them by any means, as if we are made of Gold. 🙂

And sometimes to be honest, we don't give.

Once there lived a cheerful, joyful and blessed young woman, a single parent, working in a mall and she hardly meets her daily needs. But, yet, her joy in the Lord cannot be snatched from her, not even the devil. That's the real joyful and true experience she has in her Christ. She experienced such peace, joy and assurance amidst her daily trials which even a wealthiest person cannot boast off..

One day, she had hardly three dollars with her, and she was about to finish her shift work.

Suddenly a man came to her requesting her to give two dollars to purchase socks to her daughter, as he forgot his wallet at home. Pl note, that time, no 'Google pay and paytime.' 🙂

The woman with a cheerful countenance looked at him and said, "I just have three dollars for my family. But, still, I would love to give these two dollars to you as you are in need to buy socks to your daughter. God bless your daughter." The man took those two dollars and saw her giving it to him with all her heart cheerfully. The man was baffled and asked, as how she could give, even though you don't have enough for your family? She smiled and replied, "It's Blessed To Give Than To Receive."

He said, "I requested and tried with several people with the same request. And you were the only person who agreed to give, and that too cheerfully." 🙂.

I decided earlier itself, "The one who gives me two dollars, Í would give the person 500 dollars in exchange. And it happened to be you. So, pls. accept these 500 dollars. You deserve it all.

True Blessings come when we give with a loving heart unconditionally. Without any expectations and strings and conditions attached.

The most unbelieved beatitude in the Bible is in Acts 30:35. "It is more blessed to give than to receive."

Let us give it silently. when we give, not without any return expectations like that blessed woman in the mall. When we, as His children give in the name of Jesus, we don't have to broadcast and blow our trumpet 🎺. God loves a cheerful giver who gives silently which even our left hand must not know like my friend who does it..

Bless the LORD, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name!

What better way to start every morning to bless the Lord with all that is within us? David was saying, "God, I'm not giving You my half-hearted praise. I'm giving you a stirred-up praise, a passionate praise, my wholehearted praise." It's not a praise that waits for the right circumstances or for things to turn around. It doesn't say, "I'll have a good attitude when my boss starts treating me better. I'll be joyful when I get a good job. When I'm settled in marriage. I'll have more praise when my finances improve." That is backward thinking.

The stirred-up praise is what's going to cause things to turn around in this new year.

I wonder what would happen if you and I would start henceforth to bless the Lord with all that is within us. We can't wait until we feel like it. Anyone can find a reason to be sour, disappointed and disillusioned. That's why we have to make the decision: "I will bless the Lord today, tomorrow, and every day. I will make every day a day of praise."

Prayer for Today :

Father, thank You that we can begin every morning by blessing Your holy name with all of our hearts and soul. Help us to bless you in all circumstances and in all situations so that you can take us to another level of power n strength. You are the Creator of the universe, and we offer You a sacrifice of praise and my deepest worship. Help us to bless You every day and see great turnarounds in this year. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Topic Gift Of Prophecy. It's One Of The Great Gifts That Has Been Given To Those Who Desired Spiritual Gifts.

A prophecy means, to be a yielded vessel through whom God by His Holy Spirit will speak.

A prophet or prophetically annointed person is a spokesperson for God in as much as they surender to God's Spirit speaking through them. This may involve foretelling the future in the spirit of the truth.

Apostle Paul lays some foundations in the gift of prophesy in the new testament context teaching that the gift of prophecy is to strengthen, bring encouragement, and comfort and guidance.

1 Corint. 14:1&3.

Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy.

He who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men.

The prophecies which were prophesied by the great prophets like Isaiah and Jeremiah and other prophets have been fulfilled and accomplished.

Prophets in the early days guided the kings of Israel and Judah and protected and guided the kingdoms by what the Lord commanded them to speak to the kings who ruled Israel and Judah. They knew very well what is going to happen in future.

In one incidence when King of Syria desired to wage a war. He came to know the place where king of Israel travels everyday. So, he sent his army on two occasions to capture the king. But the prophet during that period, Elisha on all these occasions warned King Israel before hand that the enemy army is waiting to capture him at that particular place he travels every day. And not go / venture to that place.

Let us read 2 kings 6: 8 to 13.

Now the (A)king of Syria was making war against Israel; and he consulted with his servants, saying, “My camp will be in such and such a place.” 9 And the man of God sent to the king of Israel, saying, “Beware that you do not pass this place, for the Syrians are coming down there.” 10 Then the king of Israel sent someone to the place of which the man of God had told him. Thus he warned him, and he was watchful there, not just once or twice.

11 Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was greatly troubled by this thing; and he called his servants and said to them, “Will you not show me which of us is for the king of Israel?” In our languaze, who is spying and leaking our info.?

12 And one of his servants said, “None, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.”

13 So he said, “Go and see where he is, that I may send and get him.”

And it was told him, saying, “Surely he is in Dothan.”

Prophet Elisha in advance guided and protected King of Israel from danger.

Topic : If I Do This What Would I Benefit? Or If I Do This Particular Thing, How Would I Be A Blessing?.. If We Are Given An Option, What Would You I Choose?

If it's a profession, be it in a job or business, in order to attain success and be more productive quickly than others, we analyse "What If I do this what would I benefit, what If I invite so and so person to my business meet, what would I benefit from him or her. Yes, it's true...Nothing wrong. We are living in times where it's a cut throat completion. In order to excel and be more successful and thrive, we need to be more smarter than others. "Survival of the fittest" and "Survival of the smartest."

But, the same principle cannot be applied when we are working for the Lord, be it in a church, mission field or a Christian organisation. We need to encourage others too to grow and to be blessed, and to be used for His Kingdom expansion. We must do anything or everything to encourage others too to come up, especially those who are struggling.

Colos. 3:23. And whatsoever we do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not unto men.

While we are serving in a church or in the ministry, we ought to do everything to expand His Kingdom

without advertising it for self glory. We must not unnecessarily give glory to anyone to gain favours or get donations or money, be it when preaching the gospel or when we are asked to pray.

In most places we observe people are conscious of what others think when they pray or preach. The problem with human being including Christians is, "We waste much of the time in our life fearing what others think, if we do this or that, if we speak this.. That's the reason true revival, true joy and fullness is missing in the present days.

There is one man of God I once again recall who served God earnestly.

He served God and God blessed him with much wealth, property and fixed assets like land and buildings. He could have had everything registered on his name. But, he never amassed property on his name nor on his relative's name. He never owned a single rupee when he died. There were few men of God under his leadership though they had families, yet, they never aspired to gain wealth, or properties under their names. God looks at our heart. God trusted that man's intention. And he Is Bro. Bakth Singh. No wonder, no wonder God used him for His kingdom and blessed him to raise more than 10000 churches. Ane we struggle to maintain one church in unity and love.

If Jesus did not rise from the death, my speech would be a vain effort. Dead will not have hope. Because the tomb was conquered and Jesus was risen, the dead in Christ will be no more dead, but they will rise first and will be caught up with Christ when He returns. That's Hope!

The Resurrection story is captured in three words. "He Is Risen."

"Easter is meant to be a symbol of hope, renewal and new life."

"The great gift of Easter is HOPE.... "

Therefore beloved, "Do not abandon yourselves to despair.... We are the Easter people and "hallelujah" is our song."

Good Friday would be Bad Friday if it wasn’t for Easter’s miracle.

We will never reach our destiny untill we surender our will to the divine will of God. Then Easter becomes real in our lives. His destiny was the cross. Suffering, insults humiliations. Do we take them? We must raise with him on this Easter day from all this selfish things of power, positions and raise with His power of holiness, healing and deliverance. We can be people of hope bringing world from oppression and depression giving them hope and peace through Easter.

How do we overcome the devil in everyday life? First, we need to recognise that the devil is a defeated foe. 1 Peter 05:08 says, your adversary, devil walks about like a roaring lion and it's never a lion....

We are to resist the devil. If we resist him, scripture says, he will flee from us. Jesus has overcome the devil by citing scriptures.
