Ps. 37: 37, 38. Mark the blameless man, and observe the upright; for the future of that man is peace. But the transgressors shall be destroyed.

Don't meddle with a fool; he will disturb your peace. Do not correct or advise a scoffer, lest he will hate you. He who rebukes a wicked man only harms himself. Do not throw jewels or diamonds to the pigs, for they do not know its value. But give it to the wiseman; for he shall treasure it and will be grateful.

He who corrects a scoffer gets shame for himself. "Only a fool fools with sin."

Rebuke a wise man, and he will love you. Give instruction to the wise man and he will still be wiser. Prov. 09: 07 to 09.

Any fool can start a quarrel. Prov. 20:03.

Deceptions, twists and outright lies define the words of fools. The name of the wicked will rot. Prov. 10:07.

He who hates correction is stupid. Prov. 12:01.

There is always a choice in this life. Live a God's way and enjoy His smile of approval or live as a fool and find destruction. That's the tough and tender truth about living in God's Word.

Topic: Meekness Is Not Weakness But Strength Under Control.

Mt. 05:05 Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.

There are eight beatitudes preached by Jesus. And all these are conditional blessings. one among them is meekness.

Only two men in the Bible are shown as meek. Jesus and Moses, and neither were pushovers. We have apostle Peter and apostle Paul and other apostles boldly with courage responded to the Roman and Jewish authorities, who were trying to persecute them and to stop them from preaching the gospel in building God's kingdom.

Meekness is therefore having wisdom courage and great strength under restraint.

Some think, only by being too gentle and too humble to accept everything, it is meekness. And they spread themselves so much so, like doormats for everyone to trample over them and dance over them. That's not meekness but weak surender.

Our meekness should be equivalent, to be able to inherit the kingdom of God without allowing the ungodly or selfish works to take possession off. Our gentleness and meekness must be met with courage and wisdom. And not certainly with fear and doubt and lack of godly strategy.

We see several innocent believers come under false illusion that, to be meek we need to surender everything to everyone.

Unfortunately, often times we observe, many fall prey and become the doormat to the people who never aspire or never have true desire to build His kingdom. That's not the way we become meek. Our meekness must be able to identify with such ungodly elements and stand firm with courage and wisdom.

A weak person cannot do anything or is not capable of doing anything, but, a meek person is capable of doing everything boldly with courage to build His kingdom. But he does it with restraint, and with wisdom. It is power but excercised under control like Moses and other apostles.

Topic: The Importance Of FAITH In Our Lives. Faith Is More Than Belief. It Is More Than Confidence. It Is More than Trust.

Heb. 11:6. Without faith, it is impossible to please God.

Volumes have been written and volumes have been spoken regarding that indefinable something called, "faith." Yet, we actually know little of the subject. Very few demonstrated that "faith" in the bible. The woman who touched the hem of the garment was healed miraculously from the incurable chronic disease she suffered for 12 long years.

So, faith is that quality or power by which the things desired become the things possessed. That is the nearest to a definition for faith attempted based on the Word of God.

We cannot weigh faith in a balance or confine it to a container. It is not something we can take out, look at it, and analyse.

Faith is more than belief. It is more than confidence. It is more than trust. And it is more than sum total of all these things.

Genuine faith in God is never boastful. It is pure. It will never work contrary to the will of God. Though it is certainly one of the gift of God, it can be received by those who love Him completely and desire those spiritual gifts. 1Corin. 14:1.

You might have watched a gifted cricketer batsman going to the crease to bat. Initially it looks very difficult for him to focus and concentrate to adjust to the pitch conditions and the environment...

Just like the cricketer, more and more time we spend in fellowship with the Lord our faith keeps growing more and more. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God, says in 2 Cor. 5:17. Because Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith.

Higher the obedience and holiness towards the Lord, greater will be the measure of faith.

How important is an anchor for a boat beset with hurricane storm, so is Jesus the only anchor we need to trust during the storms of life.

When Christ becomes our anchor to still the storms of life,

1) Our faith in the Lord is imperishable.

2) Our faith in Christ never fades but stands firm.

What You Think You Become.

Are you looking for Ultimate victory and satisfaction in your life? The wisest man, Solomon said, Everything under the sun is vanity.

As a man thinketh, so is he. If you keep on thinking of defeat and failure, you will be defeated and you will be a failure. If you keep on thinking about your sickness, you will become all the more sick and lifeless.

Let's not accept defeat like King Saul and His strong army and go down in defeat and live a frightening, dreadful and fearful life. Goliath has not defeated them. But, they themselves were defeated.

Oh! Let's not go down in defeat like King Saul and his army. Let's not be people who are beaten and defeated already.

If we are in Christ, and if Christ reigns in our lives, if Christ is the Lord of our lives, we will never be mastered, or to say, we will never be controlled by circumstances or situations in life. And we will never go down in defeat seeing the giants in our life staring at us. The big dreadful giant Goliath looked insignificant and a "nobody" in the sight of David. Because David had Christ as his good Shepherd and was briming within with supernatural power of God. He thought right, believed right and acted right and demolished the giant Goliath and defeated the entire Philistines....

We as His children know where to go, what to do, and how to do. Because, you and I are not only conquerors, but more than conquerors through Christ Jesus who loved us.

The God of Abraham is still our God, the God of Elijah is still our God. The God who made the iron axe to float or swim is still our Almighty God. The God who supplied the little widow and her son with her meal and her oil is still our Almighty God. There is no uncertainty about that.

We are more than conquerors in the face of tragedy and giant like situations that encounter our lives.

Colos. 03: 33. The curse of the Lord is on the house of the wicked, But, He blesses the home of the just.

The nearest thing to heaven on this earth is the home where husband and wife, parents and children live in love and peace together for the lord and for each other. The nearest thing to hell on earth is ungodly home damaged by sin and iniquity without any family prayers, where parents quarrel and bicker, and children are abandoned to the devil and all the forces of darkness leaving them to do whatever they like.

In the infinite wisdom of God, is the smallest complete unit of society on the earth. As goes the family, so goes the nation and civilisation, and the world.

Topic: Long To Have The Touch Of Christ Than Praise Of People.

Matthew 11:28. Come unto me, all who are weary and are burdened, I will give you rest.

No one can read the gospel story without being impressed with the marvellous power of Christ's touch. Whenever it was felt, blessings came. We find ourselves sometimes mourning the loss of this touch, and wishing that we could feel it and get it's benediction. But really we have not lost it. Christ has indeed passed out of our sight into the heavens, but His hand is stretched out still. It is laid just as of old upon sufferers, and has lost none of it's power to comfort, to heal the wounded and broken hearted.

Christ lays His hand upon our heads everytime we bow at His feet in prayer. When we are in trouble and distress He comes and comforts us with His warm touch of sympathy. When we are sick or in pain or in anxiety, He is by our bed, He is beside us when we call upon Him in faith. And His loving and gentle hand is laid on us to give rest and peace which the world cannot give.

The lord is close to those who are broken hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Down through the centuries of time the truth that is encapsulated in psalm 34 has been a comfort and help to many of God's hurting people, for the eyes of the Lord are towards the righteous. When the righteous cry to Him for help, the Lord hears and rescues them from all distress and anxieties. And saves those who are crushed in spirit. He is the Saviour of all those who are crushed in spirit and tired.

Christ is building His Kingdom with earth's broken things. Men and women want only the strong, the unbroken, the successful, the victorious in building their kingdoms keeping the Christ's kingdom neglected and in ruins. But, God is the God of unsuccessful, of those who have failed....

He can take the life crushed by pain or sorrow and make it into a beautiful harp whose music shall be all praise. He can lift earth's saddest failure upto heaven's glory.

1Corin. 15:54. Death has been swallowed up in victory.

Growing up in my young days I was seeing a T.V. serial on the weekend. No doub it was an adventurous serial always ended with hero and leading lady facing an impossible situation. There seemed to be know way out, but each episode concluded with the words, "To be continued..."

Apostle Paul was no stranger to such life threatening situations. He was imprisoned, beaten, stoned, shipwrecked as he sought to take the good news of Jesus Christ to people. He knew that someday he would die, but he never considered, that to be the end of the story.

Paul wrote to the believers of Jesus in Corinth, "when the pershable has been clothed with imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true; 'Death has been swallowed up in victory' "

The passion of Paul's life was telling others that Jesus your Saviour gave His life on the cross so that through faith in Him we can receive forgiveness for all our sins and have eternal life.

We are not like the T.V. serial hero who always somehow escapes certain death. The day will end either by death or Christ's rapture. But, by God's grace and mercy the story of our lives is "to be continued."

Loneliness is one of the greatest problems people face today. It is a leading cause of suicide all over the universe irrespective of rich or poor or a celebrity. People feel various kinds of loneliness.

Loneliness is a negative state marked by a sense of isolation. It is possible to be with people and still feel lonely. There is the loneliness of suffering. They suffer within without disclosing to anyone and become even more lonely. Many people experience loneliness in society, or there is the loneliness of sorrow, guilt, and judgment.

Some feel loneliness when they lose someone precious and dear ones. They feel the whole world is crushed and closed.

Is it possible to overcome loneliness??
