The video storyboard is the flip side of the video script. It's the embodiment of the written script into the basic visuals of the video. In essence, it's the blueprint, the visual plan, by which an animated video is created. While the script is where we write and validate the spoken narration, the storyboard is a sketched version of each scene in the video. It's goal is to validate the action on the screen and ensure that the visual storyline effectively portrays and enhances the project.
On this episode, we talk with veteran storyboard artist, Ross Bollinger, creator of YouTube channel - Pencilmation, about the nuts and bolts of creating an effective video storyboard.
