Trump was the cause of the Capitol incident on January 6. Their unified message is that the president incited violence with his words giving permission for Antifa thugs and other professional protestors, along with Trump supporters, to storm the Capitol. However, when you go back to listen to the full speech on Wednesday, January 6, nowhere will you be able to find where President Trump said anything remotely close to their claims. In fact, here is the phrase the president did use... "I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard. today we will see whether republicans stand strong for the integrity of our elections but whether or not they stand strong for our country."

Media reports like this one are running wild: 'Some among America's military allies believe Trump deliberately attempted a coup and may have had help from federal law-enforcement officials.' Politico reports: "Across Europe — a region that’s seen its share of political upheaval over the centuries — few doubt that the hit Washington suffered this week has shaken American democracy to its core, leaving deep cracks in the foundation. To Europeans, the “shining city on a hill” now more resembles a smoldering ruin plagued by Covid. The United States of Anarchy. That’s it.”

But Malcolm and Michael describe how all this is just a continuation of intense institutional resistance to Trump that dates back to the beginning of his candidacy in 2015. The real factor inflaming Americans has nothing to do with anything Trump said in his January 6 speech, but in witnessing the failure of their governmental institutions--courts, Governors, and Congress--to address vast allegations of voter fraud. Challenging the Electoral College | More Senators have joined Senator Josh Hawley; about a dozen senators and dozens of representatives from the House are going to challenge electoral votes during the January 6 Joint Session of Congress. “America is a Republic whose leaders are chosen in democratic elections. Those elections, in turn, must comply with the Constitution and with federal and state law,” a joint statement was released from the group. The group demands an Electoral Commission be established, with full investigatory and fact-finding authority for an emergency ten-day audit of election returns in the disputed swing-states. The next step would be to convene a special legislative session to certify any change in their vote. “Accordingly, we intend to vote on January 6 to reject the electors from disputed states as not ‘regularly given’ and ‘lawfully certified,’ unless and until that emergency 10-day audit is completed,” the statement said.

America is at a standoff with itself. The world will be watching Georgia and Washington DC this week. | President Trump tweeted on the 30th; The United States had more votes than it had people voting, by a lot. This travesty cannot be allowed to stand. It was a Rigged Election, one not even fit for third world countries! The President's attorney, Mr.Mayor, Rudy Giuliani was most explicit during the holiday season with his comments: "Starting after Christmas, the challenge to the validity of the Nov. 3 presidential election results is really going to blow up," Rudy Giuliani said. "It's gonna be very shocking to the country." The country has been waiting for that moment that Giuliani explains, does this all come together on the 6th of January? That is one possibility, as President Trump tweeted: “Massive amounts of evidence will be presented on the 6th. We won, BIG!”

The polls support this thesis with an astonishing 47 percent of Americans seeing the election as fraud-ridden and 80 percent of Republicans seeing it so. In past episodes, Malcolm and Michael have argued that what really is needed is a neutral venue that will hear the evidence of this fraud, which now includes thousands of affidavits from whistleblowers, witnesses and experts, videos and photos, and a forensic audit of a Michigan voting system used in 28 states that found an astonishing 68 percent error rate.

Courts have been largely reluctant to resolve these election disputes, and state legislatures, which are charged with assigning electors, have also largely dodged these responsibilities. But in just three days, on January 6, both bodies of Congress will meet to count the votes of electors, and members of both the House and Senate already have arisen to say they will challenge what they see as fraudulent voting and election practices in multiple states. This challenge will prompt the first extensive evaluation of election fraud evidence since the controversial November 3 election. While the common perception is that Democrats will refuse to break from a perceived commitment to certify the election in Joe Biden's favor, this may or may not prove the case. With the evidence of fraud persuasive, some or even many may feel no other option but to acknowledge it and join Republicans in decertifying state results in fraud-ridden states. Yet, even if they fail to do so, a fast-emerging second wave of America's Tea Party movement appears poised to hold members of Congress in both parties accountable. As Congress debates the fraud on January 6, rallies opposing the fraud and calling for a Congressional rally are scheduled throughout the nation, and hundreds of thousands of Americans are anticipated to gather in Washington, D.C. to demand action.

2020 has certainly proved one of the most challenging, damaging, unusual, and influential years in our lifetime. One of those promises, implemented on July 1, was President Trump's notable accomplishment in restructuring the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) as he promised to do in his 2016 campaign for the presidency. In the United States-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) agreement, which replaced NAFTA, President Trump and his administration brought together an impressive tripartite agreement that required legislative ratification not just in Congress but also in Ottawa and Mexico City. President Trump also made preliminary progress in 2020 with trade negotiations with China, which was the first substantial effort to tackle this challenge in decades. While China ultimately failed to live up to its preliminary obligations and the world was quickly overtaken by the Covid-19 pandemic, President Trump did succeed in educating the American people, Congress, and the world on China's unfair and sometimes illegal trading practices, which has included intellectual property theft, manipulation of its currency, forced technology transfers, excessive tariffs, and other practices designed by China to unfairly and sometimes illegally advance its own economy and America's expense.

On the global pandemic, which originated in Wuhan, China, President Trump acted early in enacting a travel ban against China, which Democrats opposed, in mobilizing health resources nationally, negotiating much-needed economic relief packages, and ultimately delivering on his promise of an expeditious development of a Covid-19 vaccine, which began to be available at year's end.

Despite all these accomplishments, the pandemic loomed large in voters' minds. It also led many states to permit mail-in ballots, which have been historically prone to voter and election fraud and which experts have warned are the most fraud-prone means of voting. That proved the case in the November 3, 2020 election, which at year's end remained both undecided and headed for scrutiny in state legislatures and possibly in Congress on January 6, where both bodies of Congress appear poised to raise objections to wide-ranging voter fraud and irregularities, ballot mishandling, contestable process fouls, equal protection clause violations, voting machine irregularities, and statistical anomalies (including voter turnout exceeding voter regis...

Election Fraud - Six Dimensions across Six Battleground States | The anomalies in this election are as if the establishment took out a series of insurance policies, but perhaps Navarro says it best: “This was theft by a thousand cuts across six dimensions and six battleground states.” Peter Navarro, who is director of the White House Office for Trade and Manufacturing Policy, released the report (pdf) on Dec. 17 titled “The Immaculate Deception, which "supports the claim that the election “may well have been stolen” from President Trump. In the report, Navarro examines six types of irregularities in the battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. 

Courts vs State Legislatures | Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis said "there’s still time for state legislatures to convene in special sessions and authorize alternate slates of electors." Numerous legal challenges brought by the Trump campaign have been dismissed by the courts and the Electoral College has already voted, Navarro said, “with every day that goes by, it becomes more complicated” and “options narrow.”

Navarro warns: “If these election irregularities are not fully investigated prior to Inauguration Day and thereby effectively allowed to stand, this nation runs the very real risk of never being able to have a fair presidential election again.”

Multiple Federal Agencies hit by CyberAttack | Massive in size and scope - the sophisticated attacks infiltrated the departments of Treasury, Homeland Security, State and Agriculture; the National Institutes of Health, and the Commerce Department’s telecommunications policy agency. Does this tie into the election cyber-fraud claims? Who is responsible for the attacks? What can the US do to prepare and counterattack these attacks in the future?

For the first time in several weeks, in this episode, Malcolm and Michael also revisit the major scandal of foreign payments to Joe Biden's family, including his brother and son, from troubling foreign sources, including China, Russia, Ukraine, and likely other nations. They argue that the case for a prompt appointment of a special prosecutor to ensure the investigation continues without political interference should Biden be sworn into office on January 20. Over the past week, they also observe, Fox News host Tucker Carlson properly criticized mainstream media for not covering the Biden, Inc. scandal sufficiently. Yet, Carlson was one of the few media figures who was afforded a review of the Hunter Biden laptop contents and has not yet really revealed the details of what he learned from it. He suggested on the air in the days prior to the election that the contents were of major legal and political consequence. Resolving the under-coverage of the Biden scandal might improve if Carlson reveals, as he should, what specifically he observed on what President Trump has labeled Hunter Biden's "laptop from hell."

Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett Silent in Supreme Court Decision | Justices Alito and Thomas say they would have allowed Texas to proceed with its election lawsuit. This is a great and disgraceful miscarriage of justice. The people of the United States were cheated and our country disgraced. Never even given our day in Court!: President Trump tweeted. The decision stated that Texas “has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.” There are many lingering questions: Is not every state in the nation impacted by the presidency? Should every state have a say in how our national elections are handled? Electoral reform?

As we approach the deadline when the Electoral College votes, the attention turns to the state legislatures? It is the responsibility of the state legislatures to ensure that elections are done lawfully and fairly. Will these legislatures rebuke the status-quo and stand for truth?

There exist a number of ongoing legal challenges and options, including submitting the Supreme Court case directly on behalf of President Trump, which may improve the prospects of it being heard. Ultimately, however, Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution maintains that responsibility for the appointment of electors lies with state legislatures, not the district or federal courts. With the state legislatures of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin all in the hands of Republicans, options may still exist for additional investigations, hearings, and potential corrective steps to the Electoral College count. This is one of the reasons that continued activism around opposing voter fraud remains essential. With over a thousand affidavits now signed under risk of federal perjury, we deserve to take the allegations very seriously. Activists might start by demanding some answers to the following questions: Why are Democrats opposing forensic technical examinations of Dominion and Smartmatic systems if these systems were not utilized in voter manipulation? Why are they opposing signature comparisons, especially on absentee and mail-in ballots, as they simultaneously contend that there was no fraud attached to these votes? The most plausible answer to these questions is that they are acutely aware both investigations would unearth the very fraud that they state does not exist. Finally, is time running out? Not likely. Activists show signs of demanding that these investigations continue until the final resolution, even if that means that they continue beyond Inauguration Day. That may mean that Joe Biden will take office with two major ethical questions hanging over his head: What was his role in directing tens of millions of dollars from foreign entities to his family members in what certainly appears to be pay to play schemes? And did he actually win 270 Electoral College votes fairly, or as a product of vast criminal voter fraud? Should both these questions linger, Biden will likely begin his controversial presidency on defense from day one.

The Electoral College and the Path Forward | After states certify, the slate of presidential electors selected by every state's voters will gather and cast their votes in each state on December 14. There are other key dates that will also impact the need for urgency. As more and more fraud is being uncovered on a daily basis⏤the fact that the 2020 election was severely compromised is becoming more and more evident. No matter how this plays out, the consequences of this election and the overwhelming fraud that poisoned it will bring even greater challenges than what we have seen so far. The rage of the left if Trump prevails, and the frustration and anger of the right if Biden wins, will be unleashed on the nation. Either way, our path in the near future seems most uncertain.

Arizona’s Legislative Leaders Call For Audit of Maricopa County Dominion Equipment | “A significant number of voters believe that fraud occurred and with the number of irregularities it is easy to understand why. Especially concerning are the allegations made surrounding the vendor Dominion,” a press release from the Arizona Legislature said.
