THE CAMPAIGN'S FINAL DAYS

The presidential candidate who works hardest for the job almost certainly is likely to work hardest on the job. Malcolm and Michael discuss President Trump's extraordinary final fast paced campaign push leading up to election day on Tuesday, including 14 rallies in seven states in 72 hours. In the first of these rallies in Pennsylvania yesterday, President Trump drew large and enthusiastic crowds. Biden's schedule, meanwhile, remains amazingly slow paced and his crowds small. Voter enthusiasm matters, Malcolm and Michael contend, and Biden's candidacy seems to be inspiring none.

HOW DEMOCRAT WINS WOULD ERODE THE BALANCE OF POWER

Despite many positive signs for President Trump's reelection in the final days, including polls shifting in his direction in key battleground states like Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, it is important to consider a worst case scenario: what a Biden victory and Democrats' winning the Senate would mean for the balance of power in the nation. Such a scenario would almost certainly prove very ominous, permitting Democrats to expand the size of the Supreme Court and federal circuit courts and filling these courts with progressive judges likely to rubber stamp unconstitutional progressive policy initiatives. In the Senate, despite Republicans maintaining the 60-vote filibuster rule during their leadership in the Senate, Democrats appear poised to eliminate it, which would permit them to pass legislation with single vote majorities in the House and Senate. With Democrats able to pass their radical agenda with slim majorities and Biden likely to sign such legislation, the American people may very quickly find themselves in a largely socialist, one party government that does not reflect their real political sentiments. The only way to avoid such a scenario, Malcolm and Michael contend, is to reelect Trump and ensure Republicans are elected in the Senate.

THE CASE FOR TRUMP

Despite the pandemic, President Trump just registered the fastest growing quarter in American economic history with gross domestic product for the third quarter of 2020 coming in at 33.1 percent with that massive growth almost entirely private sector-driven.

President Trump's first three years were highlighted by many accomplishments, some of which were even unprecedented. But voters are focused on the present tense, Malcolm and Michael contend. Yet, the "forgotten man and woman" who propelled him to victory in 2016 are again inspired in their opposition to these three forces: Mounting evidence of Biden's corruption, China's release of the coronavirus, and Marxist-led riots. HUNTERGATE SCANDAL MOUNTS

In their first segment of Episode 14, Malcolm and Michael describe the intensity with which social and mainstream media are scrambling to block and ignore information regarding the FBI's rapidly intensifying criminal investigation into possible Biden family corruption. Outrageously, Twitter even blocked the account of The New York Post, one of the nation's largest circulation newspapers, in an effort to keep The Post's reporting on Huntergate from American voters. At this critical moment, with many unanswered questions about the unraveling scandal, Malcolm and Michael argue that the time has come for full transparency. American voters and the Trump campaign should be demanding that Biden release every detail on all foreign compensation and business deals by Biden family members. This is no longer a political matter, they say. It's a national security matter. Compensation from foreign sources often is used to compromise a candidate on foreign policy and national security, and American voters deserve to know before casting their ballots every foreign business deal and payment secured by Biden family members. That means Biden owes the nation immediate full disclosure on every detail of this foreign compensation. With the pro-Biden media failing in their responsibility to demand it, this now falls to the Trump campaign and American voters to ensure all details of these concerning developments are promptly released.

CHINA'S PANDEMIC COMPLICITY

Lacking any notable accomplishment during his 47 years in federal office, Biden is not even attempting to communicate that he has accomplished anything for the American people. Instead, the central Biden message appears to be to wrongly attempt to blame Trump personally for every single coronavirus death. Yet, as Malcolm and Michael argue, Trump did not create the virus; Trump has contained its spread, enacted a hugely vital travel ban against China on January 31, mobilized vast health resources nationally, and coordinated a nearly unprecedented public-private partnership that shows promise of developing a vaccine in record time. The real blame for the pandemic lies with China's Communist Party (CCP), which allowed infected individuals to board international flights from Wuhan even as they restricted domestic flights. The CCP ordered the destruction of virus samples that could have proven helpful in the development of testing, rounded up whistleblowers who sought to speak truthfully about it, and rejected requests by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for...

MSM AND SILICON VALLEY'S BIASES HARMING DEMOCRACY

The media have carried a noticeable liberal bias in their coverage for several decades. Until recently, however, they attempted to present their bias in subtle ways and always insisted that they were both neutral and objective. But those days now appear gone--and maybe forever. From debate moderation biases to an absolute failure to confront Biden with tough questions to now a conscious effort to selectively censor news they consider unhelpful to Biden, we've reached a point where establishment media no longer seek to inform and educate. They now have chosen sides, and the bias is abundant to anyone paying even a little attention. Nonetheless, questions remain, including whether social media's censorship of critical Biden news now defines them as publishers, not open platforms, and whether (as a Republican National Committee complaint to the Federal Election Commission alleges), they are violating political campaign contribution laws, essentially providing in-kind contributions that corporations are prohibited under federal law from providing candidates.

ARE WE FACING ELECTORAL CHAOS AND CHALLENGES?

Malcolm and Michael have warned since the pandemic's onset that mail-in balloting was prone to both electoral fraud and human error and that Democrats' embrace of it was politically-motivated and paving the ground for a potential electoral crisis on November 3. An election that should be settled by voters voting at established polling locations now runs the serious risk, especially if the race proves close, of being settled not by voters, but by federal courts, which almost certainly are going to hear a significant number of challenges to voting procedures, fraud and error allegations, and counting irregularities. Following already fairly large fraud and human error incidents in the battleground states of Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and elsewhere, California officials now acknowledge that some 400,000 ballots have been sent to homes whose residents are either deceased or have moved. With a mere 23 days until the 2020 election, Viewpoint Presents with Malcolm and Michael Johns returns with Episode 12, including a deep dive into some of the more terrifying aspects of a potential Joe Biden win, including the fact that Biden has now become something of an empty vessel for the left, which intends to use him to nationalize healthcare and other industries and implement a Green New Deal that will vastly limit Americans' energy choices, cost taxpayers trillions, and drastically increase energy costs.

Also concerning is Democrats' apparent interest in eliminating the U.S. Senate's filibuster rule, which would further erode the balance of powers. A Biden victory and Republicans' loss of the U.S. Senate in three weeks, Malcolm and Michael contend, likely will create the perfect climate for the enactment of sweeping socialist plans that will redefine America as we know it.

Biden: The Left's Empty Vessel

Malcolm and Michael describe how a largely pro-Biden mainstream media combined with Biden's ability to utilize the pandemic to dodge difficult questions has allowed Biden to remain essentially ill-defined to voters. But dig deeper and it's apparent that Biden has now become an empty vessel for the far left, which expect to use a Biden and Harris victory to nationalize healthcare and energy, implement a costly Green New Deal that will vastly increase Americans' energy costs, and enact other largely socialist schemes of the far left.

Packing the Court

Biden's recent unwillingness to answer whether he does or does not seek to expand the court, Malcolm and Michael say, means Americans should fear the worst. With the expansion of the Supreme Court and possibly other federal courts with highly political progressives and the possibility of the Democrats assuming control of the Senate and eliminating the 60-vote filibuster rule, the country runs the significant risk of losing the traditional balance of powers that has proven historically essential to the rule of law and representative government.

With the election imminent, Malcolm and Michael argue, now is the time for Americans to awaken to the bleak reality that a Biden victory would represent. On the other hand, Malcolm and Michael say, reelecting Trump would preserve the balance of powers and afford Trump the opportunity to build on a first term that has proven highly successful up to the pandemic's arrival from China.

Trump at Walter Reed | Malcolm and Michael dive into the biggest news of the week and possibly of the entire 2020 political season: President Trump's positive diagnosis with coronavirus and his subsequent admission to Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Maryland on October 2. But the media and usual Trump critics may be completely wrong in stating affirmatively that the development is a hugely negative development for the president's reelection prospects. Malcolm and Michael detail the somewhat comparable example of President Jair Bolsonaro of Brazil, who was accused of downplaying the pandemic's threat, was subsequently diagnosed with the virus on July 7, recovered quickly, and went on to see his political popularity among Brazilians soar to an all-time high. Malcolm and Michael also assess how the far left's heartless glee in Trump's diagnosis will repel most American voters and how a political story plot is now set for Trump to recover and emerge with a humble but bold reelection message that could propel him to a November 3 victory.

Debate Moderators’ Bias | In the second segment, Malcolm and Michael assess the September 29 presidential debate in Cleveland, moderated by Fox News' anchor Chris Wallace and forthcoming plans for C-SPAN's Steve Scully to moderate the second presidential debate, scheduled for October 15 in Miami. They dive into the outrageousness of the Commission on Presidential Debates, the non-profit organization founded to sponsor presidential and vice presidential debates, totally overlooking or disregarding the obvious conflict of interest in using Scully, who began his career working as an intern for Biden. With a growing number of American voters convinced that debate moderators are unable to perform their function objectively, has the time come for a new approach to them? Malcolm and Michael discuss the possibility of allowing presidential candidates themselves to split nominating moderators and possibly branching out beyond the use of big corporate media moderators.

China's Pandemic Responsibility | In the final segment, Malcolm and Michael detail the steps China's Communist Party (CCP) took and didn't take that permitted the coronavirus pandemic to escape China, giving rise to a global pandemic that to date has taken over a million lives globally and inflicted trillions of dollars of possibly irreversible damage to the U.S. and global economy. Questions abound: Why did the CCP arrest and silence Chinese medical professionals and citizens who sought to warn the world about the pandemic as it began to emerge in Wuhan? Why did the CCP order the destruction of viral samples that could have proven immensely useful in the development of tests? Why did the CCP shut down the Chinese facilities that reported original findings on the viral genome sequence of coronavirus? Why did they refuse to permit CDC and WHO global health experts entry to China in January when these two vital global health institutions were attempting to learn more about the virus and limit its global damage?

The Supreme Court Pick is Amy Coney Barrett | With all the media hype leading up to President Trump’s announcement of his third Supreme Court pick⏤many were still wondering if the President would surprise everyone and appoint another candidate to the high court. Well, that surprise was quickly erased when the President walked into the Rose Garden with Amy Comey Barrett and her beautiful family. The stakes and future of America hang in the balance, as the court will undoubtedly decide some of the most polarizing issues of our lifetime: Access to healthcare, gun-rights and the death penalty are all issues that are or may again soon be before the high court.
