Malcolm and Michael describe a nation now at the crossroads. Traditionally vital and dependable institutions, including the U.S. Department of Justice and elected officials, are not aggressively investigating the vast and growing evidence of election fraud. Additionally, mainstream and even conservative-oriented media, which once took pride in holding government accountable, is nearly silent on the crisis. Malcolm and Michael now describe 2020 as a moment when the country's grassroots Tea Party and MAGA movements have an extraordinary opportunity to rise to fill a clear leadership void in the nation by demanding full investigations into election practices and associated corrective vote counts, which still may demonstrate that President Trump secured 270 Electoral College votes. Sidney Powell’s Election Lawsuits | Votes for President Donald Trump were placed during the recount into vote piles for Trump’s opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden. The allegation is based on multiple observer testimonies, as well as an undercover video produced by Project Veritas, an undercover journalism nonprofit; states the lawsuit filed by Sidney Powell. The suit calls out foreign actors: By using servers and employees connected with rogue actors and hostile foreign influences combined with numerous easily discoverable leaked credentials, Dominion neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections.

One such allegation, now supported by various affidavits and documentable history, is that voting systems provided by Canada-based Dominion Voting Systems and a United Kingdom-based company named Smartmatic, both of which have been broadly criticized for the ease in which their systems and component parts can be accessed and manipulated, were accessed for the purpose of altering vote outcomes in the 2020 U.S. presidential election. Georgia and Michigan lawsuits filed last Wednesday include expert allegations that these systems were used to switch votes from Trump to Biden and were accessed by China and Iran "in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent U.S. general election." The latest lawsuits in Georgia and Michigan, Malcolm and Michael say, provide specific detail on how the Dominion and Smartmatic systems emerged as one of several illegal tools used to fraudulently manipulate the 2020 presidential election in Biden's favor. Another recurring theme in these and other lawsuits is that election officials denied legally-required access to Republican and Trump campaign poll observers and that thousands of votes have been identified that were cast by individuals no longer living, others who no longer resided at the addresses where they were registered, and by still others who say votes were illegally cast in their name.

Malcolm and Michael conclude that the reality of widespread allegations of fraud in the 2020 presidential election, which has been largely downplayed and ignored by media for weeks, are now indisputable (already acknowledged in some court rulings) and that the allegations not already adjudicated are now evidence-based allegations, including with signed legal affidavits by witnesses who attesting to having witnessed the specific fraud alleged.

All of this now presents an incredible challenge to American citizens, Malcolm and Michael conclude.

Malcolm and Michael also address the long and laudable public careers of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani and former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell and why the allegations they are now making about vast and election-altering electoral fraud deserve to be taken seriously. It is absurdly hypocritical, Malcolm and Michael argue, that some of the very same establishment figures who spent years demanding that allegations of Russia's intervention and collusion with the Trump campaign in 2016, which turned out to be almost universally untrue, be taken seriously while they now simultaneously summarily dismiss 2020 claims, which already are supported by signed whistleblower affidavits and Giuliani and Powell's statements following their review of what they say will prove vast criminal election fraud sufficient to overturn reports of Biden's victory.

All this now leaves us at a crossroads: Leaders and institutions we historically have relied on to rise to defend such a threat to our representative democracy are proving timid, political, and unwilling. The difference between vote tallies on Election Day and the new data from mail-in votes after the fact is nothing short of stunning. Media outlets have set a false expectation that Joe Biden would be the victor of this presidential race, using false polls and phony storylines to push their agenda, while Joe Biden hid in his bunker-basement throughout the presidential campaign.

Called the “Hammer” and another application that works with the “Hammer” called “Scorecard”. Hammer does a lot of things, including crawling up computers and downloading files without a user ever knowing it. Scorecard can change vote totals on the fly. Was 3% of the vote totals changed as voting was placed on hold? Kirk Wiebe believes the illegal SCORECARD program involved stealing votes in Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and others. While this was happening, media outlets and tech giants began hiding the blowback. Why?

THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE'S FINAL SAY

Yesterday, several major media outlets, including the Associated Press and Fox News, declared Biden the winner of the presidential election and Biden began positioning himself as the president-elect. But has Biden actually won this election? Malcolm and Michael explain why, at least at this point, the media's declaration of Biden as winner and Biden's declaration of victory is interesting but have no binding legal authority.

With Wisconsin poised for an electoral recount and other states, the subject of federal suits, the outcome of those has kept President Trump's reelection prospects alive. The ultimate decision will be made on December 14 when 538 electors cast votes for their respective states. Between now and then, however, President Trump's legal challenges will be heard by federal courts and there even exists the possibility of new voting fraud or irregularities being unearthed that could prove consequential. While President Trump is 56 votes short of the 270 necessary to prevail, the gap in at least seven consequential swing states is tight enough that this election remains unsettled.

While the media and Democrats are attempting to discount any and all incidents of voter fraud or other irregularities, Malcolm and Michael detail the thousands of non-residents who allegedly voted in Nevada's all mail-in election, which has been forwarded to the U.S. Department of Justice for criminal investigation. They also explain the peculiar so-called voting "glitches," which just so happened to both err in Biden's favor and only in several battleground states.

U.S. SENATE STILL IN PLAY

It certainly appeared that Republicans were poised to maintain control of the U.S. Senate on election night. Since then, however, Democrat candidates have reportedly closed the gap in several critical races and it now remains an open question whether or not the Republican majority in the Senate will be maintained. It could well come down to two runoff races in Georgia, scheduled for January 5. But what's at stake is much more than mere partisan control, Malcolm and Michael contend. Should Democrats take control of the Senate and should Biden ultimately become the 46th president, Democrats look poised to both expand federal courts, including the Supreme Court, with progressives and to eliminate the 60-vote filibuster rule, which will permit Democrats to pass legislation and confirm high-level political appointees with a mere 51 votes, essentially eradicating Republicans' ability to block Democrat legislation. But the opposite also is true: Should Republicans hold their majority, Biden will prove unable to expand federal courts and the 60-vote filibuster will almost certainly remain, forcing Biden to compromise with Senate Republicans on legislation and judicial nominees.
