Mind Body Connection

In this episode, we’re talking about our wholeness. That is, we’re exploring how mind and body are not separate, how our thoughts and emotions are reflected in our physical symptoms and how the state of our body may be reflected in our thoughts and emotions. Ultimately, the mind body connection is evidence of the Vital Force.

We explore this connection from a homeopathic perspective and share stories of how it looks in our lives and our practices. We talk about memories and the subconscious and how these can impact our physical health, too. We also explore what mind-body healing can look like, particularly when its supported by homeopathy.
