Writing things down or posting your thoughts on social media isn't the sickness. It's holding back. What image are you giving off that is completely out of harmony with what you're truly thinking?

We've all heard how one man's trash is another man's treasure. What if the trash being tossed out were your vocalized thoughts? Maybe what we post on social media? What are you throwing away that's becoming another person's treasure?

The outside of your walk and way is shaped by others, bosses, friends, family and motivators. What does the inside view of self look like? Why is it so important to get to know the one thing that has the daily ability to keep you from your dreams?

If you aren't keeping a written daily journal or shooting your thoughts through a digital recording device, there's a huge chance that you keep living your past over and over. We spend so much time trying to get it out. The problem is, we keep reliving it. Once out, walk away. Let it go! You don't need to reread your social network posts or journals. It's going to put you back in that dark place.

We're that generation! We want a donation or tip for everything. Then we wonder why we're never happy. A new report says consumers are tired of handing out money. I've seen wait staff members and others explode because they felt like they did a great job. No wonder we can't find peace in our workplace surroundings. We think being there is every reason to be paid extra. My daily goal is to go into things without expectation. Your heart will still receive things much greater than greed.

The things we do for others and how it ends up hurting us physically and spiritually. Do you protect yourself? How?

While speaking into our hearts do you see it as your authentic self or is it participating with the monsters that live there? Every decision we make is fed by what's living in your moment of now. Bringing out the monsters is said to be healing but they've been set free to roam the outside world. Learning how to trust your authentic voice. It's a daily discipline. How do you know it to be truth filled? Like those who claim to hear the word of God? Is it?

Your moments. Those slivers of time when something completely unexpected has entered your path. The moments that become seeds. Once planted new stories begin to grow. It begins with learning how to accept your moments.

Friends and family will walk away, place blame, ghost you and or just write you off as a maybe but not now. We all have to face other people's perception of who they think we are who they want us to be. No matter how it turns out, you have to face the face in the mirror.
