Where do you find your best answers in your past or the things you've passed?

When things don't go as planned. We deal with this mess more times than we'd like. What's your initial reaction? Growing up in a household where my sister's emotions would force my father to turn the car around and just like that we were headed away from family fun. Vocal De Fragging keeps you focused on what is going to be a better path to lead.

My wife and I have been locked in on doing a physical Swedish Death cleaning. What we didn't know was how long it would take and how hard it would play on our emotions. I didn't want to do a vocal de frag on the accusation of taking up space. Being real with yourself opens your eyes to how much room we are truly taking up. Not just materialistically but mentally.

We all do it. We complain about how nobody understands us. How nobody stands up for us. How nobody is listening. Identify your nobody. Especially the nobody inside of you.

Musicians and other creative minds keep two different types of storage places available. The Front Line are projects that date from day one to eighteen months. Everything else is put inside the catalog category. In our own personal lives we serve ourselves the same. It's just that nobody has ever laid it out. We spend so much time living in our past. Call it your catalog. The things we need to work on are waiting for us in the folder call Front Line. Dealing with what is now.

If there was a machine that you could put your hands on that enabled you to see who you were truly supposed to be in life, would you change your walk and way?

What are you ignoring? Rarely do we rely on ourselves to push the right things into play. We're letting other people decide for us. Then complaining about where we are in life. Ask the questions then question the answers. How often do you take notes about how you're moving through life? The answers are there! We're just ignoring them.

Not everybody believes in the idea that you have be emotionally connected to find your focus. Research shows that business leaders need to remove emotion to properly run a strong team. On this episode of De Frag it becomes my focus to introduce emotion in a way that's not connected to ups and downs but rather the fuel that feeds drive.

I've got what you've got. You've got what I've got. We've got everything but each other. This is the blind ambition. We're wearing the same clothes, own the same smartphones and eat at the same restaurants. But we don't have each other. People who look happy are influencer's.
