Are you really a creature of habit or are you endlessly doing the same thing out of a fear of forgetting to do it?

We're all guilty of it. We run from shadows and shade. Yet while walking through a forest although the temperature will change, we keep marching forward. When then while our minds are filled with shadows and shade do we feel like a wall is keeping us from maintaining the full vision of success?

Massive corporate cutbacks are nothing new. Being part of the broadcast industry for 46 years we've walked through many many tight situations based not on delivering quality but quantity with the fewest number of players. While with the big motha of them all broadcast companies I found peace in my heart when I realized I don't front a physical department. I am a team of won. And we did win!

I work with someone who is looked upon as being one of the top players on the team. He's not only praised by earned Employee of the Month. Yet he's never had a great review from our guests and the people we serve. What's up with that?

We fall witness to pro sports heroes doing it before every game. They warm up! Do you? Not just your body but your mind and soul. Don't go into any meeting or project without physically warming up.

The winds of change.  It's been written about as well as performed through music since the beginning of time.  On a personal level how we each deal with the winds of change is a unique experience that has the power and ability to either lead or turn us into fumbling failures due 100% to a lack of trust.

Those moments you want to have the last word. Oh, it's going to be great! Not a pissing contest but just a moment when you look like you've got it all together. Then you do it! You say something you shouldn't have said.

Those playful pot shots that others toss in your direction. Calling you old or maybe a little more rounded. They mean it in jest but you're taking it seriously. How can we move around these jabs of joy?

For so many, the thought of asking why seems like more work then inner peace. Being present with your wonder of why keeps your growth pattern activated. When you start to accept what is...is. You're now playing the game of a following, ask why until you're blue in the face.
