We all move with and without our transitions. Mental moments that create change or were put into place due to change. Very few of us recognize our transitions as being an amazing tool is getting to know who we are on the inside and out. Facing your transitions leads you toward peace as well as forgiveness.

Not everybody plays the game at 100%. One look at our lifestyle away from the judgers, it turns out we're making our way through a new day at 10%. Our hair is messed up, clothes are stained and torn and our attitude is like me for me not what you want to see. 10%.

Too often we do something at the drop of a hat knowing full well there may be consequences. You knew what it was before you picked it up. Facing those walls. How to become more aware of your instant decision making or repairing from another bad situation. You knew what it was when you picked it up.

Simple question; could you do it? Could you go 24 hours with out judging? Judging yourself and others? Judging the world and the universe. 24 hours without judgement...

How do you react when people make it clear, "It's not as good as the old days." Seriously, one look at the old days and the times weren't as easy as they are today. The good ole days? It's like someone who says they'd like to be 17 again. I don't mind just don't take todays technology with you. If you wanna go back please do but it has to be lived the very way you once did.

In everything we do there's always something next. Can we be in control of what it is? Is this why so many people live in their past. They always know what happens next!

The majority of what we share in conversations about ourselves is based upon a true story. I'm a daily writer of thirty one years and it requires a lot of discipline to put the real story on paper. The same is true about our connections with people. A memory is always based upon a true story. That doesn't make it false. It makes it an interpretation.

There's value inside a passing thought. Why then do we set so many aside? Some of the greatest songs and movie ideas came from someone's passing thought. Even if it doesn't fully mature it can always serve as energy when connected to another passing thought. Begin a journey of truly listening to your passing thoughts. Personal growth is waiting to get out.

Not only are people pushing hard on us but we're treating ourselves the same way. We've set our standards and expectations so high and so far out there that we've become exhausted. How to get better control of your path is approachable and it begins with asking questions and questioning answers.
