 Yosef Johnson is the owner of Ultimate Athletic Concepts and performance coach with nearly 24 years of experience. Coach Johnson began working with Dr. Yessis in 1994 as his protégé. He formed Ultimate Athletic Concepts (UAC) in 2003 and began publishing books in 2005. Johnson has worked with top Soviet experts in the world of sport and human performance. He has also worked with athletes from youth to pro level. He consults with and mentors strength coaches in the private and scholastic
 sectors and has been a major player in the spread and implementation of the 1×20 strength training system invented by Dr. Yessis. Coach Johnson oversees the physical education program for the Reeths-Puffer School District in Michigan.

Coach Burleson is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Florida State Baseball. He has just finished his 6th season with the Seminoles. Burleson oversaw the renovation of the weight room prior to the 2019 season that now covers over 1,800 square feet of workout space. Prior to FSU Burleson was at the University of Central Florida, where he was the assistant sports performance coach for the Knights’ baseball, track and field and tennis programs. Before his time at Orlando, Burleson was at Penn State for three seasons and spent a season at Florida in 2012 as an assistant strength coach for baseball, softball, and football. Burleson earned his master’s degree in physical education from South Carolina in 2012. He worked as a graduate assistant for the Gamecocks in all sports from 2010-12. The Noles finish the 2024 season 49-17 with a great run in Omaha finishing in the final four.

 Coach Villani is the owner Of XPE Sports along with being the inventor of the Shred Mill. Villani interned with NHL’s Washington Capitals and was set to help the Washington Wizards prior the NBA lockout. From Washington, D.C. Coach Villani moved to Orlando, where he assisted the Head Strength Coach of the Orlando Magic for a
 basketball season. Coach Villani was the Director of Human Performance at Cris Carter’s FAST Program. While at FAST he focused on sport specific speed, agility, and strength training. He helped prepare numerous NFL Combine athletes and professional athletes from all sports. Villani started his education at Clemson University in South Carolina and attended graduate school at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. he received a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and graduated in the top of his class. His thesis was published by The European Journal of Applied Physiology and dealt with the benefits of

Dr. Wolfe currently serves as an Assistant Professor for Tarleton State University - Department of Health and Human Performance. Additionally, he functions as the Director of the Kinetic Performance Laboratory, which produces exercise science research examining the effects of innovative strength and conditioning training. Dr. Wolfe earned a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership, a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Tarleton State University. He has contributed to the advancement of the kinesiology field with over 17 publications, 35 professional presentations, and 13 grant and in-kind donations. In addition to his academic accomplishments. He has over 10 years of experience in the strength and conditioning field/setting and has coached 100+ athletes at all levels (youth, high school, college, and professional).  Coach Porter is the founder and CEO of Big
 Dog Barbell, and All-Inclusive Adaptive PE
 teacher in Roswell, GA. Porter was the
 recipient of this year’s Griffin Scott Pherson
 Memorial Educational Scholarship for his
 work with special needs athletes. Coach
 Porter also works as a Special Olympics
 Powerlifting Coach. Big Dog Barbell is way

 Porter is also a competitive powerlifter and

Coach Garcia is one of the leading high school coaches in the country. He has served as the strength coach and throws coach at Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, California since 2003. As of 2018 he has coached 17 boys over 55 feet in the shot put using both the spin and glide techniques. He has also coached two girls over 49 feet (15 meters). In total, he has produced 60
 CIF finalists, 5 CIF champions, and 10 state qualifiers. Garcia was also an active shot putter himself. As a student at California State University Northridge, Garcia was a two-time Big Sky conference champion in the shot put. In ten years of post-collegiate training, he increased his personal best to 18.35 meters. Garcia has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Kinesiology, IAAF Level 5 certification, CSCS certification, and USA Weightlifting credentials, Coach Garcia is also an experienced presenter on both strength training and throws training. He is a faculty member for
the Gambetta Athletic Improvement Network (GAIN) and has presented at the Canadian National Throws Conference, LA84 Advanced Clinic, and multiple courses and clinics for both the World Athletics
 Center and HMMR Media. Garcia has also consulted on athletic development topics with professional teams in rugby and was the NHSSCA state and regional coach of the year.

Itsvan “Steven” Javorek
Coach Javorek is the inventor of the Javorek Complexes. He was the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Johnson County Community College and Professor Emeritus. Under his tenure he was part of 5 National Championships, 78 Region 6 titles, 119 East Jayhawk Conference Championships and 63 teams finishing in top 5 National Championship play. Prior to JCCC Coach Javorek was at Texas A&M as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach where he soon took over coaching field events and Track and Field Conditioning. In his home country of Romania, he was the National Weightlifting Coach before defecting to the United States. Coach Javorek’ s athletes are no strangers to the Olympic Podiums in 1984 he had a silver and bronze medalist in weightlifting, He helped with the South Korean Weightlifting Team overseeing the Coaches in Seoul. While in Texas he had the world’s fastest 200m sprinter, former 10,000m world record holder, the Canadian long jump record holder, the Mexican Triple Jump record holder, and the silver medalist shot put in the 88 Olympics who took Gold in the 96 Olympics. His other list of achievements in this profession would take hours to list.
