Coach Rathke is the Activities Director at Lone Jack High School. Prior to that he was a Physical Education Teacher at Rogers Heritage High School in Rogers, Arkansas, where he coached Track and Field, specializing in the throwing events. Rathke spent 8 years at William Chrisman as the Head Track and Field Coach, He was the Assistant track and field Coach for Cloud Community College in Concordia Kansas along with spending time at the University of North Texas. Rathke was also involved with CoachTube.com as the VP of Track and Field Marketing. Coach Rathke has a passion for and specializes in neurological-based practices. He holds a USATF L2 certification in throws, a Reflexive Performance Reset Level 3 certification, and a Square One System Level 2 certification. Coach Rathke has been through the Pinnacle Performance Biomechanics program as well as the Functional Movement Screen Level 1. Rathke was an All-American in the Discus at Barton Community College and He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Hastings College where he also competed in Track and Field earning honors as a 3x All-American and School Record holder

Joel Raether is the co-founder of Hunt Hike Harvest Outdoors and is a managing partner at FAST Performance in Denver Colorado. Raether has been the Head of Sport Performance for the Colorado Mammoth Lacrosse team of the National Lacrosse League since 2007. During this 11-year stint, the Mammoth have reached the playoffs in all but one season. During his tenure with the Mammoth the team has produced one NLL MVP, Rookie of the Year, Goalie of the year, Transition Player of the year as well as numerous all-pro’s. He served as the Education Programs Coordinator for the National Strength and Conditioning Association from 2009-2011. Raether was awarded the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s 2020 Professional Strength Coach of the Year. He has authored numerous books, presented, and consulted across the globe on training and helped individuals and teams achieve more than 10 national championships, Olympic Medals, All Pro’s, League MVP’s and World Championships. He has also trained and consulted with all branches of the military, special operations and first responders throughout the United States.

 Coach Phil Reichhoff is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Cape Henry Collegiate in Virginia Beach, Virginia. At Cape
 Henry Reichhoff Created the school’s first strength and conditioning program with curriculum spanning Pre-Kindergarten
 to Grade 12. Prior to Cape Henry, Coach Reichhoff worked as the strength and conditioning intern for the Washington Wizards where he worked directly with the NBA organization assisting with all elements of performance. Coach Reichhoff worked as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Virginia Commonwealth University. At VCU he oversaw the development of Track and Field Throwers, Men's and Women's Tennis, and
 Men's Golf. During his time at VCU he was a part of six Atlantic- 10 Conference Championships across sports. Coach Reichhoff started coaching at East Carolina University, assisting with the strength and conditioning training of all 16 NCAA Division I
 athletic programs. He specifically worked most closely with ECU Football and Baseball, both teams achieved national top 25 rankings multiple times. He has also worked and studied internationally at the Dutch Olympic Training Center, England, Ireland, and France. Reichhoff has a Master of Education from
 the VCU Center for Sport Leadership, a Bachelor's of Science in Health and Human Performance from East Carolina University,
along with a Minor in Sports Performance Enhancement from the HAN University of Applied Sciences. Coach Reichhoff is a RSCC,
 CSCS, TPI Fitness Level 2, and USA Weightlifting certified coach.

Coach Loudon is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Ezell-Harding Christian School. Loudon was the 2024 NSCA High School Strength Coach of the Year as well as overseeing multiple award-winning programs. Ezell-Harding has received the Program of Excellence Award by the NHSSCA and the Strength of America Award by the NSCA. In 2022-23 He was named the Ezell-Harding Coach of the Year. Prior to that Coach Loudon was at Vista Ridge High School in Colorado where his programs received the Strength of America Award and Program of excellence while being named the NHSSCA Colorado Strength Coach of the Year in 2021. In 2018 he was presented the Aliorum De Award presented by the Special Education Advisory Committee to recognize his work with students that suffer from disabilities. Coach Loudon has a Bachelors of Science in Health and Physical Education from Lockhaven University and Loudon is CSCS, and RSCC certified through the NSCA

Coach Speer is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Mountain Brook High School. Speer was named the first full time Director for the Spartan Athletic Department. Mountain Brook was named the #5 athletic Department by MaxPreps in 2023-24 and received the Program of Excellence Award by the NHSSCA. In his tenure the Spartans were the Class 6A State finalists in 2022 for football, 2023 State Champions in Volleyball, 2024 State Champions in Soccer and in the 2023-24 State Champions in Wrestling. Prior to that Coach Speer had a successful career as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Tulane for football and 16 Olympic Sports, Georgia Southern where he oversaw football and 17 Olympic Sports, Sam Houston State he worked with football and 14 Olympic Sports, He also had stops at Northern Iowa, and Baylor. He did an internship at Arizona State and was a student assistant at Abilene Christian. His teams made multiple bowl game appearances and he oversaw the construction of multiple weight rooms. Coach Speer has a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Abilene Christian and a Masters degree from Baylor in Health, Human Performance and Recreation. Speer is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and is a member of Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association.

Coach Keese is the Director of Strength and
Conditioning at Guyer High School in Denton, Texas, and has been there since 2007. While at Denton Guyer Coach Keese has helped with teams that won back-to-back State Championships in 2012 and 2013. They have been state finalists in 2010, 2019 and 2021, with state semifinals appearances in 2008,   2009, and 2022. Keese served for the Texas Women’s University Basketball team as the strength coach from 2013 to 2017. During that time, TWU advanced to the conference semifinals three times, and earned an at-large bid into the Division II NCAA tournament in 2015-2016 season. Coach Keese was named the NHSSCA Southwest region 2 Strength Coach of the Year in 2019. Keese received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Studies from Tarleton State University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is also a recognized Sports Performance Coach Level 1 with USA Weightlifting (USAW).

Rob Brokaw
Coach Brokaw is the Athletic Performance Coach for all student athletes at Casteel High School in Queen Creek Arizona. Prior to that Brokaw was Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for North Bend Central High School, Strength Coach at Archbishop Bergan Catholic School, and Health and Fitness Specialist for MediFit Corporate Services. Brokaw created the Nebraska High School Strength and Conditioning Clinic to bring some top minds in strength and conditioning into Nebraska to help develop high school programs. He served as also Nebraska's State Director for the National High School Strength Coaches Association. Coach Brokaw
was selected as the Mid America Regional Strength coach of the Year in 2019 and in 2021 was selected as the National High School Strength Coach of the year.

 Coach Burnett is the Director of Athletic Development at Triple F Elite Sports Training. Prior to that he was the full-time Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Greater Atlanta Christian School. Coach Burnett started his career at Texas A&M Corpus Christie where he began as a Graduate Assistant moving onto an assistant role eventually becoming the Head Strength Coach and Adjunct Professor teaching a Strength and Conditioning Course and a women’s strength course in the Kinesiology Department. Burnett has a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and exercise Science from Texas A&M- Corpus Christie and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He is Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association and has a Certification in Applied Functional Science from Gray Institute.

Coach Gle is the Head Strength and Conditioning along with Football Coach at Traverse City Central High School. Prior to Traverse City Coach Gle was the Assistant Strength Coach at the University of Northern Iowa, A Graduate Assistant at the University of Western Michigan, and Intern for Eastern Michigan University. Coach Gle has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science and Biology from Hope College. He also has a Degree in Secondary School Administration, Principalship from Central Michigan University. He also has a Master’s Degree In Exercise Science from Western Michigan University. Coach Gle is the NHSSCA Northern Michigan Director. Gle was the 2020 NHSSCA Regional Coach of the Year. He has a CSCS and is a USAW Club Coach.

Coach Cloward is the Director of Sports Performance at Weber State. He has an extensive background in strength and conditioning. Before Weber State, Cloward was the Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Sioux Falls. Prior to that he had stops at Illinois, Oregon State, Wisconsin, Utah State, and Idaho State. He served as interim head football strength and conditioning coach at Oregon State where he had been an assistant strength and conditioning coach for football and women's swimming. Coach Cloward played football at Snow College before transferring to Idaho State where he was a two-time Academic All-Big Sky performer. Cloward graduated from ISU with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and earned a master’s degree in physical education, Athletic Administration. Cloward is certified as a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
