I hope at this point, if you have listened to a few episodes on this podcast, you know that men and women are very different people. Our needs may see the same but how they manifest or are addressed are not always the same. Today let's address how women need to fundamentally look at men, their growth and what it even means to love your man, in a different way. Men needs some fundamental love and support but outside of that most of what would be considered normal for women because poison and over the top that will smother your man in the long run. I hope in this episode you will learn to think more about what is a way to love your man but not smother him and make him just "one more kid " in your home.

Here is another Book Review for any listeners that would like to continue expanding their knowledge. I found this book very helpful and supportive for anyone struggling with our cultures focus on forgiveness without responsibility from the person who inflicted the pain to begin with. All couples will go through needing forgiveness from one another, either by being the one hurt and needing to forgive or from being the perpetrator who will need to be forgiven. This book gives great advice on how to systematically address forgiveness and where you are in your journey to forgive.

In today's life, the internet and all the social media outlets that connects us to others and the greater world has really changed the way we inject and think about partnership. In today's episode I want to challenge you to take a break and see who you really are without it. The internet has so many benefit to our lives but socially the downsides are devastating and few people have control over their consumption. This is a challenge to have everyone check in, to see just how addicted, overly attached or downright blindsided you are to your usage and how it affects you and your relationship.

Awhile back, I did an episode on Modern Divorce. I discussed how that, unlike in our more recent history, this can happen with two people who genuinely can still like one another but through subtle or intense neglect fall out of love. This is truly one of the most unfortunate things I see in my line of work. Abuse is more easily validating to end a relationship than the slow creep of neglect. In today's episode, let's talk about the warning signs so your relationship doesn't go down this slow and very slippery slope of destruction.
