Today's episode is a throwback fireside chat I had in 2020! A lot of businesses have their measurements of success backward. They make a small amount of "high quality" content in hopes that it gets them a high quantity of likes and comments. If you flip the quality and quantity around and produce a high volume of content in hopes for high-quality comments and feedback, that will give you much better insights on your audience and ultimately help you improve your brand image which is becoming increasingly more important every day.
