Frank joins the podcast for a second time to talk more about Luka, Iowa Basketball, and ELEVATE. A huge reason why Luka is so successful for the Hawkeyes is because he not only outworks everyone on the court, but also in his mind! Luka has taken his mental preparation to the next level, and Frank dives into what that looks like, why it works, and how you can get in on the action!

Special Cohost Blake Gimbel, friend of the show, joins to talk all things Iowa v Wisconsin. The Hawks were able to best the Badgers for the first time in 5 years Saturday with commanding final score of 28-7. The defense played great again as they didn't have a bad game all season, and the offense found their stride in the second half, lead by Ihmir Smith-Marsette, to pull away for the victory. We talk all about the stalemate of the first half, How Iowa was able to pull away in the 2nd half, and why Petras still has great potential to be realized. We discuss where this Iowa team stands now, relative to the Big Ten and across the country, and of course we talk about the celebration flip, and punt goof as well.

In this episode Kevin and Tyler dive deep into the College Football Playoff picture. Who deserves to be in the 4 spots for the national title? Clemson, Alabama, and Notre Dame are "win and in" situations but does Ohio St. deserve it at 6-0? Especially after the Big Ten decided to go back on their own rules that were set before the season began just to allow the Buckeyes to make the championship? Then there are teams like Texas AM, Cincinatti, Florida, Iowa State, and even Coastal Carolina who have arguments at the title.. Its a complete mess. We discuss how insane Iowa basketball is after a huge win over North Carolina, and how fun it is to be watching them play. We finish with the Badgers and how Iowa gets over the hump to take home the Bull.. also, who was the toughest Wisconsin player we went up against?
