  • Episode 174 | Have You Outgrown Your Comfort Zone?
Lately I’ve been sitting with a realization that I can’t ignore anymore: I’ve outgrown parts of my life that once felt safe.
In this episode, I’m doing a collective tarot reading on what actually happens when your comfort zone starts feeling restrictive instead of protective. Because a lot of us think being comfortable means we’re secure… when really it means we’re staying somewhere we’re no longer meant to be.
This episode/collective tarot reading walks through what might be keeping you stuck, what fear could be underneath the surface, and what your next aligned step actually looks like when your intuition starts getting louder.
I also share what this shift looks like for me personally as I step more fully into my work as a tarot reader and stop treating my purpose like something I’m only allowed to do “on the side.”
This conversation is for anyone in that in-between space where the old version of you no longer fits, but the next version hasn’t fully landed yet. And if that’s where you are right now, you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be✨
Channeled song for this episode: Escape from LA — The Weeknd
If you’re interested in booking your own reading, check out my links below. I also share collective readings regularly on my social platforms if you want to stay connected.

  • Episode 173 | Five Years Later...What No One Tells You About Healing
Today marks 5 years since I left a toxic & abusive relationship, and even though I’ve moved on, some things still hit hard.
In this episode, I get real about what it actually takes to close a cycle, let go of someone who once meant everything, and finally make peace with the past.
I share the lessons I learned the hard way, the resistance I faced in ending that chapter, and the ways I realized I was holding myself back without even knowing it.
    I talk about:
    • Why closure isn’t something they give you, it’s something you claim for yourself
    • The resistance we feel when ending a relationship that shaped us
    • How I stopped blocking my own growth and learned to trust myself
    • Why letting go and forgiving yourself is the real power move

If you’ve ever left someone behind but still feel tied to the past, or if you’re wondering how long it really takes to heal, this episode is for you.
By the end, you’ll hear why moving on isn’t about forgetting, it’s about understanding yourself and reclaiming your life on your own terms.
Check out my dating episode, as mentioned.

  • Episode 172 | How Does Women Against Abuse Support Domestic Violence Survivors? with Joanna Otero-Cruz & Jamie Miller
Trigger warning: This episode mentions domestic violence. Listener discretion advised.
This week’s episode is a powerful, honest conversation about what domestic violence really looks like, beyond the headlines and the assumptions.
I’m joined by 2 incredible women from Philadelphia who are doing life-changing work through Women Against Abuse.
Joanna Otero-Cruz, Executive Director and President, and Jamie Miller, former MMA fighter, survivor, and advocate, sit down with me to talk about what it truly takes to leave an abusive relationship and rebuild your life afterward.
We talk openly as survivors about the realities people don’t always see: the fear, isolation, financial barriers, and why leaving is often the most dangerous moment. Joanna shares what happens behind the scenes when survivors reach out for help and what real support actually looks like in those first critical moments. Jamie takes us into her journey from seeking shelter with her daughter to becoming a board member and teaching trauma-informed self-defense to other women who are reclaiming their strength.
This conversation is about more than survival. It’s about turning pain into purpose, rebuilding trust in yourself, and learning what safety really means.
If you or someone you love needs support, resources from Women Against Abuse are available.

  • Episode 171 | What No One Tells You About Dating After Healing
After 4½ years of celibacy, I stepped back into the dating world and quickly realized that healing❤️‍🩹
and dating are 2 very different experiences.
Doing the inner work changed me, but dating showed me where that growth actually lives... in boundaries, intuition, and knowing when something doesn’t feel right.
In this week's solo episode, I talk about re-entering the dating scene, the reality of dating apps, and the lessons I learned from the men I met along the way.
Some situations showed me how much I’ve grown, while others reminded me why protecting my peace matters💆🏻‍♀️
I also share what it was like unexpectedly getting a sense of closure connected to my past and how that moment helped me move forward in a new way.
This is an honest look at what happens when you start dating again after healing, by learning to trust yourself, recognize red flags🚩sooner, and choose differently than you did before.

  • Episode 170 | Astrological Predictions for 2026, featuring Jen the Spiritual Baddie
Let me just say this now, sis. 2026 is not a “stay the same and hope for magic” kind of year. It’s a rebirth, a movement, and alignment or nothing.
In this week's episode of Watch Us Thrive, I’m sitting down with Jen aka the Spiritual Baddie, and we’re breaking down the real energetic and astrological themes for each sign coming in 2026. No, not the cute, surface-level predictions... we're talking about the deep stuff, the shadow work, and the uncomfortable but necessary growth that's needed for all of us.
Growth is available. Opportunity is available. But it requires self-trust and bold honesty with yourself.
This year is about choosing yourself. Setting boundaries without guilt & honoring your truth without shrinking. Why? Because you are not broken...you are becoming.
2026 is asking you to mature emotionally & to release what no longer aligns. It's asking you to stop abandoning yourself for potential and to build a life that actually feels safe, joyful, and aligned. The choice is up to you, sis!
This week, Jen & I are talking about:
    • Why 2026 carries strong rebirth energy
    • The shift from attachment-based love to emotionally mature love
    • How financial growth ties into self-worth
    • Why shadow work is non-negotiable this year
    • Setting boundaries without guilt
    • Choosing alignment over familiarity
    • The power of patience and self-trust

  • Episode 169 | The Year I Had to Save My Own Life
Your girl is back! And this episode is raw, unfiltered, and straight from the heart.
In this 1st solo episode of the new season of Watch Us Thrive, I’m pulling back the curtain on why I disappeared for an entire year and what 2025 truly did to me. I’m talking about burnout, financial rock bottom, public scrutiny, losing my sense of safety online, family dynamics, depression, insomnia, job loss, and the moment my life forever changed with a life-altering diagnosis. This episode is about accountability without shame. It’s a reminder that you're not broken, you're becoming.
In this week's episode, I'm talking about:
    • Why I walked away from my podcast, business, and social media for a year
    • Going viral, burnout, and the dark side of visibility
    • Financial hardship, shame, and learning to ask for help
    • My new diagnosis and what it did to my mental health
    • Suicidal ideation and choosing to stay (trigger warning!)
    • Losing my job, rejection, and starting over from scratch
    • Radical self-awareness and taking accountability
    • Why you don’t grow where you’re comfortable
    • Turning pain into power and trauma into testimony
Sis, no matter what the fuck you’re going through, you always have the ability to change the trajectory of your life. Let this week's episode be the catalyst you need to take the next step forward in this new season. Don’t live in your shame. Speak up. Open your throat chakra. Let yourself be supported. The storm does not last forever and I’m living proof.
