1. Will God forgive serial killers if they believe and repent? Do they not deserve some kind of punishment?

2. Question from Proverbs 18:10 "the name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe." If the unrighteous people run toward the tower of God, will they be destroyed?

3. Why do Christian Clergymen waste time studying the Old Testament Prophecies? I don't understand the importance since I sincerely believe that we only need to believe in Jesus. Isn't simply accepting, loving Jesus as Lord and Savior, and loving my neighbor enough?

Matthew 20:1-16. What determines the value of someone? Is it in what we do? The world we live in gives great value to Titles, positions, accomplishments, and social status. People tend to compare themselves to others and their achievements. If what we do here on earth determines what we are worth, then we will be chasing the wind. Jesus uses The parable of the Laborers to reveal a deep truth: Value is given, not self- generated.

Luke 13:10-17. Without question, all people need Jesus to transform their lives. So why would we hinder them? Humanity from every tribe, tongue, people, and nation requires the healing of soul and revival of the spirit that a salvific relationship with Jesus brings in an instant. So why would we hinder them? We should not. The fact is that we, the followers of Jesus, are also being transformed more and more as we seek to know and loyally follow Him each day. So why would we allow anyone or anything to try to hinder us? Most of us would not. Yet, we can unintentionally become a hindrance to others from time to time because of personal hypocrisy. Or we can allow the hypocrisy of leaders to stall out our progress of growth towards Jesus. When we foolishly think people are to look like us and act like us to know that Jesus is like is us wrong on so many levels. You and I say it all the time, "People need Jesus," but do we live out this truth in our actions towards others? Make Jesus known and the way clear.

Luke 13:1-17. Most of the western world lives in a constant state of comparison. For decades, we have been herded into groups by the dogs of intolerance (in the name of tolerance), hate, greed, and power-hungry. We have become a divided and divisive culture of us versus them at every level of society. However, we will all stand before God and be judged by His standard. Not an arbitrary ideology created by man. The kingdom of heaven is not promised to the prettiest, the famous, or who has the most followers, the most money, is the best athlete, or has the most power. We will all be judged by the standard of divine holiness. But here is the rub. No one can meet God's standard. We can try with all our self-imposed self-righteousness religion and will still be found wanting. So what do we do? Repent of our sins. We must change our minds about sin, feel remorse about our sin, and be converted by faith in Jesus Christ to live a new life loyal to God. Failure to do so leads to destruction. Don't worry about the person next to you. Stop comparing your sins to the sins of others and turn away from your sins today.

Luke 12:29-59. Jesus was never one to mince words or shy away from speaking things that were hard for others to hear. His disciples would even point this out to Him in the Gospel of John. (John 6:60) Yet, there are things we need to hear even when we do not want to. Jesus had a persistent, uniquely creative, and direct way of reaching out to the hearts and minds of those around Him. Even when they disagreed with Him, he sought to present the hope of salvation and the Gospel of the kingdom to them over and over again. Yet, many who hear the message and see the power of God arrogantly chose to reject God's love and mercy and walk stubbornly to their own doom without ever making peace with God when they had the chance.
