GROW:
1. When facing a problem are you more likely to ask, "Why is he/she like that," or "How am I part of this problem?"
2. When you responded to Jesus in repentance, faith, and baptism did you understand it to be a type of graduation day? If not, what did you think was happening?
3. As a member of the community of graduates, what are you doing to help others move toward participation in the new world?
GO:
Most merciful God, we confess that we have sinned against you in thought, word, and deed.
By what we have done and by what we have left undone.
We have not loved you with our whole heart. We have not loved our neighbor as ourselves. We are truly sorry and we humbly repent.
For the sake of your Son Jesus Christ, have mercy on us and forgive us that we might delight in your will and walk in your ways to the glory of your name. Amen.
