This is the third message in a six-week series studying Paul's second letter to the Corinthians.
GROW Questions:
1. When you first chose to follow Christ were you told you would suffer? What did you think that meant then? How has that changed?
2. When, why and how have you chosen comfort over suffering? Did you happen to discover that suffering still often came in another form?
3.To what do you need to die in order experience resurrection life, reclaiming your soul?
GO:
"We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed. Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies." - 2 Corinthians 4:8-10 (NLT)
