We are a culture that is conditioned to chase the next cool thing… a faster car, a bigger house, the perfect body... you name it, but the truth is we don't have to keep pushing to "keep up with the Kasdashians," LOL! It's time we learn how to press pause on all the chasing that's making people feel lost, left out, or just plain bad about themselves.
Instead we need to press pause on all the "chasing" and unrealistic expectations we put on ourselves and learn to take time to "smell the roses" so we can start living fully again.
