Feminist Question Time with speakers from Australia, Canada, New Zealand and France
Women's Declaration International (WDI) Feminist Question Time is our weekly online webinars. It is attended by a global feminist and activist audience of between 200-300. The main focus is how gender ideology is harming the rights of women and girls. WDI is the leading  global organisation defending women’s sex-based rights against the threats posed by gender identity ideology.
    This week’s speakers:
Caitlin Roper - Australia - Woman as object: Sex dolls and robots as a form of pornography - I explore sex dolls and robots as a form of pornography, and an emerging form of technology used against women, to facilitate men’s abuse of women and turn women into pornography.
    Bio:
Caitlin is a writer, activist and Campaigns Manager at Collective Shout: for a world free of sexploitation, a founding member of Adopt Nordic WA, and co-founder of the Feminist Academy of Technology and Ethics. Her book Sex Dolls, Robots and Woman Hating: The Case for Resistance (2022) is available from Spinifex Press.
Raine McLeod - Canada - Government-Funded Defamation: How the Canadian Government is Silencing Feminists - The government-funded non-profit that is targeting feminists in Canada and the hit piece they wrote about me.
Bio: Former English Coordinator for WDI - Canada, founder of Alberta Radical Feminists
Carol Bartle and Katrina Biggs - New Zealand - An Update from Aotearoa New Zealand - Events in Aotearoa related to transgender identity ideology – debates and politics - women’s rights and GC feminists. Issues with language changes and the issues related to the loss of sex-based language in maternity, birth, breastfeeding and women’s health
Bio: Carol Bartle has a health background including midwifery - Major work and interests include women’s health, ethics and human rights, climate change and health, breastfeeding and infant feeding politics, women in prison – particularly mothers with babies in prison. Katrina Biggs - I am an ordinary woman. I have done a number of things in my life, but going to university and getting letters after my name aren’t amongst them. However, I can still work out how any legislation which allows men into women’s and girls’ spaces and sports won’t go well for women and girls. There have always been, and always will be, a certain number of men in any group who are not okay people, which is why women and girls need safeguards and boundaries. It has no bearing on how men identify or their occupation, and it’s naïve in the extreme to believe otherwise. No one should need a university degree to know this. I am a co-spokeswoman for Speak Up for Women New Zealand.
Pauline Makoveitchoux - France - Being a feminist photographer in a misogynistic society that advocates the hypersexualization of women and makes feminist activists invisible. - The personal is political so I will tell my life story, and my vision of feminist photography.
In this society where women are only passively represented and material reality is now erased, I continue to try to document struggles and create images of authentic, active, struggling women.
    Bio: activist feminist, photographer.

    This week’s speakers:
Amy E. Sousa - USA - This talk will focus on the events of Julie Jaman, 80 year old Port Townsend woman, who was banned from her local YMCA after asking a man to leave the women's locker room. After Julie was banned, the city responded by attempting to vilify Julie and announced a city wide "transgender proclamation" to be delivered at the 8/15 city council meeting. A permitted press conference event was organized by Sousa to directly address both Julie's ban from the pool as well as the city's proclamation. 35 women and a few men gathered to speak publicly and were protested by a violent mob of over 300 while police stood by and did not engage. The resulting press coverage has been international.
Bio: Amy Sousa (aka @KnownHeretic on twitter) has been an active women's rights campaigner for the last 3 years, has organized rallies in Washington DC to protest Biden's executive order, has protested gender clinics in Seattle, the UN in NYC, protested men in women's sports against Lia Thomas at the NCAA championships in Atlanta, and most recently staged a press conference event in her hometown of Port Townsend, WA which has received international news coverage. Feminist Question Time with speakers from Brazil, UK, Germany and USA

Women's Declaration International (WDI) Feminist Question Time is our weekly online webinars. It is attended by a global feminist and activist audience of between 200-300. The main focus is how gender ideology is harming the rights of women and girls. You can see recordings of previous panels on our YouTube Channel. WDI is the leading  global organisation defending women’s sex-based rights against the threats posed by gender identity ideology. There is more information on the website womensdeclaration.com where you will find our Declaration on Women’s Sex-based rights, which has been signed by more 30,000 people from 157 countries and is supported by 418 organisations.

    This week’s speakers:

Freda Davis - UK - A Womans Centre in every local authority - The holistic purpose of womens centres and why they are the best place to refer women for community sentences instead of prison.
Bio: I have been a teacher, advice and information worker and advocate for mental health, a volunteer in several organisations, and a founder member, trainer and Chair at WomenCentre Calderdale and Kirklees, from the late 90s to 2013. I retired from work in 2002. I am also an artist printmaker.

Ana - Germany - International Feminist Resistance by Radfem Berlin - I will make a brief presentation of the group RFB (Radfem Berlin), I will talk about the translation and publication of Sheila's work into German and at the end I will invite women to come to the "International feminist Resistance" happening in Berlin next September where Sheila will speak.
Bio: Researcher and writer, feminist activist for women's sex-based rights & against lesbian erasure. Founder of Radfem Berlin, an activist group in Germany and founder of the small publisher house "RFB / Books" focused only on publishing feminist theory in German.

Ute Heggen, author of In the Curated Woods, True Tales from a Grass Widow - USA - My journey from narcissistic and financial abuse, influenced by the captured mental health practitioners of gender ideology, refuse to recognize the emotional damage their menu for "transition" causes to the families of men who ideate to be women. There is no data collected on us; no peer reviewed studies exist on trans widows. When we do not "affirm" and stay in the marriage, we are vilified and disrespected, our children traumatized.
Bio: I write of the trauma and recovery process of women, mothers, whose husbands have claimed a female identity and erase our roles through identifying themselves as the mothers of our children. My memoir, In the Curated Woods, published at iuniverse.com/bookstore and available through Amazon, is reviewed at womenarehuman.com. My journey as a trans widow started in 1992, when I discovered my then-husband's diaries of his cross-dressing. I have a blog, uteheggengrasswidow.wordpress.com, where I write in support of women like myself and families affected by gender ideology. My book is listed as a resource at transwidowsvoices.org and advocatesprotectingchildren.org.

Veronica Moraes - Brazil - An attack on Brazilian women's freedom of expression - In Brazil, women who are critical of gender ideology are being silenced in many ways. The more alarming one, in my view, is the judiciary's understanding that transphobia is to be judged under the racism laws, effectively silencing women and disrespecting our freedom of expression. I'm currently on a mission to encourage women to surpass their fears and understand that conflict will be part of this fight and can't be avoided at all cost. We must not give ground and always keep saying men can't be women.
Bio: Feminist activist, former candidate for local elections in Rio de Janeiro.
