We forged through this podcast on the day of the explosion of the Covid 19 scare. The call kept dropping and freezing, forgive the audio, but the quality of the conversation was amazing.

I'm Priscilla Contreras, 23 years old. From Wisconsin. I am also a mother of two beautiful little girls. I have fought with issues such as depression, anxiety, vitaligo, IBS leading to chronic constipation, and all of this was ultimately having a negative impact on my quality of life. I knew that this was not the way life was supposed to be. These all too common issues, we normalize and they are anything but normal. I found the answer through food. Starting my health journey at 208+ pounds, I am 5'4", and getting to my lowest of 119 pounds. I am currently gaining lean body mass and am 128 pounds. I was able to accomplish all this through a ketogenic diet, and now 9 months on the Carnivore Diet. I also stress the importance of nose-to-tail food consumption for optimal health. I implement this belief in my children's lifestyle as well. This is our new way of living and I am thankful for our health because of the keto/carnivore movement.
