CLIF Bar has been at the front, or more aptly put off the front, at many of the biggest USACRITS and domestic road events for the past couple year. In that time their roster, sponsors, and overall team ethos has remained largely unchanged. That level of consistency and stick-to-it-ness is commendable in sport. We sit down with four of the guys who have been a part of the organization to find out about how the team works, and how they've kept themselves focused during the down year.
