We are back Queen(s)! We quickly catch up on what feels like a year (a month in reality), then dive into the Tokyo Olympics and all the shenanigans involved! We talk about our support for Olympians putting their wellbeing and mental health first, show compassion and understanding of why that is needed at times, and the blatant sexism many of the athletes continue to face. 

We finish by discussing the future of the podcast and our overall ideas and creativity. But wait! We have to talk about Love is Blind, the reunion episodes (We do not like Damian in this Podcast).

Sarah and April discuss the events from this past week, from Bill Cosby's release to #FreeBritney, and Sha'Carri (#letherrace). They dive into their frustrations with all of these issues from lack of respect, lack of justice, and inequality. Each of these events has a connection to mental health, so strap in and learn something new!

To start off, a big thank you to all the teachers before, now, and after this pandemic. We share some of our favorite memories of teachers, then move toward discussing personality types and why it's important in a therapeutic setting. A mini vent session about the service industry and how we need to be kind to retail workers. We conclude with a nod to Father's Day, thanking Father figures, and extend our hands to those who struggle with Father's Day.

April and Sarah are back after taking a week off for some rest! In honor of Pride Month, April gives a brief history of the significance of Pride Month being in June. Sarah once again puts out into the podcast universe that she wants to be friends with the cast of Queer Eye and promotes the podcast Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness. We both admire the authenticity of our LGBTQ+ friends and talk about our own struggles with being authentic. We are going to strive to be ourselves in the future even though it means risking conflict with others.
