Trey Malicoat returns to talk with Nikki about the general overwhelm that is happening from the current state of the world, and how looking inward is becoming inevitable. They discuss how difficult it can b to look inward, but how powerful it is when you realize you ARE creating your own reality with your thoughts and actions. Trey explains how we look back and judge our past selves because that is easier than stepping into who we are becoming.

In this episode, Nikki and Priscilla discuss the power of your mindset and how what you ruminate on in your mind expands into your life. They discuss how you have 60,000 thoughts a day, and that a lot of what and how you think comes from your earliest years as a child, including what the energy was like in your home the moment you were born. They talk about codependency and choosing to make others happy over yourself, and how it keeps you from doing the most important thing: loving yourself.
On this episode, Nikki and Priscilla discuss everything that has changed in their lives in the last ten weeks, and how they have been coping during the pandemic. They talk about how many people are very angry right now, and are trying to control how other people behave. They also explain how anger and fear negatively effect your body and compromise your immune system, and how taking care of our bodies should be the largest topic of discussion right now.
Nikki and Priscilla discuss the fourth agreement: always do your best. Priscilla talks about how learning to do her best helped her lean out of perfectionism, because she realized she just had to do the best she could do in the moment. Nikki shares how she considers herself a recovering perfectionist, and how she has learned the distinction between being THE best and doing YOUR best. They also explain how doing something because you want to do it and not for a reward is an indicator of doing your best.
On this episode, Nikki and Priscilla discuss the third of the four agreements: don't make assumptions. They talk about how this third agreement goes hand in hand with the second agreement to not take things personally, because we make assumptions about what someone does or says when we assume we know why they are doing it. They explain how making assumptions comes from our judgmental nature, and how it is important to always stay curious instead.
In this episode, Nikki and Priscilla talk about one of the four agreements: don't take anything personally. They discuss the truth that everyone in every moment is dealing with all kinds of things that are dictating their mood, and that it is almost selfish to assume that the way someone engages with you is all about you. They talk about how taking things personally can cause problems in relationships that weren't necessarily there, and can make you make up problems based on personalizing someone's mood.
In this episode, Nikki and Priscilla begin discussing The Four Agreements, starting with the first one: Use impeccable words. They talk about the incredible importance of the words we use about ourselves and others, and how the wrong words are like poison. Nikki shares a story from her childhood where words made a lasting negative impression on her, and shares a word she now uses to replace any negative word she is about to use against herself.
