The Société de transport de Montréal (STM) is sounding the alarm on the current homelessness situation in Montreal's metro stations. They say that the stations have become a last resort shelter for vulnerable people and it is bringing up safety concerns. Éric Alan Caldwell is Chair of the Board of Directors of the STM. He spoke to Andrew Carter.
