Dakota Kolb of Quincy Street Bistro is the youngest person we've interviewed to date. At 21, he just graduated from culinary school, got married, and is working at a prestigious St. Louis restaurant. He's also involved in a national organization called Chefs United for Future Chefs of America. This group works together to provide scholarships to young people wanting to attend culinary school.
