Ryan Lewis and Carina Flesch recently moved to St Louis after closing their successful Springfield, Illinois restaurant, Driftwood. They opened Pig & Pickle, after feeling the urge to move to greener pastures, and try their restaurant concept in a whole new environment.
We first met the two of them at a cocktail competition, and randomly learned about their plans to open their Central West End eatery.
