Finally!!! We closed on the 5 unit building mentioned in earlier episode. 

After difficulties at every step we managed to make it to make it the notary to sign the deed of sale and take ownership of the property. 

In this episode I do a list of mistakes I made and items that YOU show avoid. A few nuggets of gold are shared at the end as we learn from our mistakes. 

Honestly, I am glad this acquisition process is finished and can now start optimizing the property.
