Welcome back to another episode of "Bad at Math, Good with Money"! In this episode, Dr.D emphasizes the importance of setting financial boundaries and communicating clearly to prioritize personal financial goals. Drawing on her background in financial social work, she explains how boundaries keep us safe in all aspects of life, including financial planning! Dr. D encourages viewers to learn to say "no" firmly and without explanation. Sometimes.... "No" is all you need! Personal spending habits are put under the microscope. Do we really need that Uber Eats order? Or as our mothers used to say... "we got food at home!" All jokes aside, we aren't ALWAYS going to stick to our plans fully; however, certain precautions can be taken to help you remain on a consistent track.
Enjoy!
