Caitlin is a Digital marketer for Champion Systems and Factor bikes based out of Omaha Nebraska. Caitlin has a very fresh outlook on the landscape of cycling for all people of the sport but in particular women, people of color and the LGTB community. It was a joy to be able to speak to someone as energized as Caitlin about things that really matter in cycling but this was not before we discussed the world’s largest Kool-Aid stand and festival which is located in Hastings, Nebraska. Enjoy.
Skye Delano is a fundraising veteran and Executive Director for Outride. Her background and upbringing has brought her life full circle to her expertise in community engagement, non-profits and trying to develop more sustainable programs to impact youth from various backgrounds. This was a surprisingly pleasant conversation with a fellow Outride partner, Skye Delano. Enjoy.
Ken Rodriguez-Clisham is one of my best friends based out of Los Angeles and working in marketing for Hunt Bike Wheels. This episode has been a long time coming ever since I took over the show. We spoke about women in cycling, ambassadorship and overall it was a very needed conversation with one of my favorite people on two wheels. Enjoy!
Cleopatra is a creative currently designing for Velocio Apparel. She has a very bright outlook on the visual future of cycling and what stories have yet to be told within the sport. This conversation hit home because we share a mutual home of Miami, Fl which we spoke about at length. Another great conversation is in the books. Enjoy.

Mike Gray is a photographer and YouTuber that is on an accelerated path to success. Moving to Los Angeles years ago Mike came to California from Texas to pursue a career in acting.
Although his opportunities and growth as an actor have been fruitful the pandemic has offered a new path for Mike in photography and Youtube. In recent history Mike has become a photo assistant to world renowned photographer Tyler Shields. This experience, along with Mike’s preceding creative background, has opened doors that he would have never expected. His creative videos and storyline are unmatched.
Our second guest for Black History Month is Duke Agyapong. Duke is a British cyclist riding in London for MASH SF. This was the first time Duke and I ever had a chance to speak to one another but we got on with it right away. Duke had great commentary on “culture” within the cycling community along with music, cycling fashion and who has the prettiest sprint in all the world of cycling *cough* Mark Alford *cough*. Tune in for a great chat with the rider simply known as Duke. Enjoy.
For our first Black History Month guest we have Jarrett Hill. Jarrett Hill is a journalist, podcaster, reporter. . . Essentially he is a Jack of all Medias. Jarrett and I have been friends since high school so we spent time catching up on the happenings of COVID-19 and the recent election. You may remember Jarrett from the 2016 coverage of Michelle Obama’s speech which was plagiarized by Melania Trump during Donald Trump’s presidential run. Get ready for another great WGTHO episode. Enjoy.
*BONUS* Abigail Mickey is a journalist from Cycling Tips. Today Abby and I spoke did not speak a word of cycling. This episode was sparked from the news of Deadpool finally joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) for its third installation, Deadpool 3. This is a super fun bonus episode, it does not disappoint. Enjoy!
Ryan Moore is a performance coach and cyclist out of the Bay Area. Unlike most WGTHO episodes Ryan and I met for this conversation on the premise of talking about Bay Area rap and hip-hop at large. As usual we touched on other aspects of life but prepare for a very deep dive on all things Hip-Hop, Hennessy and growth. Enjoy!
