In December of 1990, 21-year-old Richard Hitchcock was last seen leaving the Riverfront Lounge on Water Street in Allegan, Michigan. He had been intoxicated, asked to leave, returned, and was escorted out again.

Witnesses place him scaling two fences and jumping into the Kalamazoo River, while others believe he was beaten to death outside the bar.

One thing remains true all these years later- Richie's family will never stop their quest for him to rest in peace.
