A huge victory for the 2nd Amendment came down today in a 6-3 Supreme Court decision, which makes the “proper cause” firearm permit issuing regime in six states like New York and California unconstitutional. This is a big win for the right to bear arms, and hopefully will lead to even more lawful gun ownership in states that have been unfairly prohibiting citizens from exercising 2nd amendment rights.
