On this week's episode, the Mother Tongue ladies are joined by expert child & baby nutritionist Charlotte Stirling-Reed. 

Charlotte shares her weaning journey with her own children, Raffy & Ada and gives us insight into when we can start weaning our baby; she discusses signs of readiness and the foods we should start with. 

They discuss the fears parents have around allergens, the common foods that can cause allergic reactions and how some pediatricians believe an early introduction of these foods can prevent allergies. 

To round up the episode, Charlotte tells us about her new book 'How to Wean Your Baby'. She explains how her book is a detailed step by step guide to weaning. 'How to Wean Your Baby' will be released on 29th April 2021 and is available for pre-order now.
