Today I have on my friend Krystal Williams from Blooming Love to chat about her Postpartum Doula journey. As always, I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I do!
*As a postpartum doula my role is to support mom/parents so that they are able to care for baby. The wonderful thing is my role looks different for every family. I am able to be there the day after families get home from the hospital, and provide support through the first 4 months. I come to their home with experience, evidence based resources, and a judgement free prospective. I am truly there to help them. I provide daytime support as well as overnight and virtual.
