This track is part of an ongoing series started from week 4, you can listen to the Through the Year mix on the latest week.
First and foremost, this track was built with the secret collaboration of Crash Overture.
They were gracious enough to answer my call to action the previous week.
We had a great time exchanging samples (DOWN and I OWN U are all their voice, plus Electroplankton little bells, beautiful), stems and ideas.
As we did not have common ground (hardware vs software), we decided to each do our own tracks but still communicated every day.
It was quite the experience, and for that I'm forever grateful!
This week was also part 2 of the third(!) unofficial WB friendly sample challenge (details on Discord): composing week, after a week of gathering samples (during week 31) from eleven(!!) awesome WB contributors.

My main inspiration is the Canadian artist Akufen and Todd Edwards; their use of micro-chops has always been a favorite of mine.
Also, thanks to a few WBers (Phil and Nick) for their kind feedback when it was still a work in progress.
Overall, I might have spent 20 to 30 hours making this track, maybe more.
It was both fun and exhausting, but I'm really proud of the final result.
There's something almost magical to hear all these samples come together and sing as one voice.
This track holds a special place in my heart and make me feel things, perhaps you will feel something too?
The mix might be a bit quiet, hope you enjoy!
