3) Late-afternoon polish and final ordering — Aug 9, ~6:07–6:16 PM
- Final organization: labels for Pre‑Chorus and Chorus were inserted and the song structure consolidated (Verse 1 → Pre‑Chorus → Chorus → Verse 2 → Pre‑Chorus → Chorus). Several short lines were re-ordered and repeated to create the present structure (for example, moving “The fix is chemical / I feel it in my thoat / Come watch his life go up in smoke” into the pre-chorus slot and the “I'm feeling potent…” block into the chorus).
- Minor textual fixes (spacing/capitalization) were applied in quick successive snapshots; the main lyrical blocks from the afternoon session remained intact as the current draft.
Notes on evolution visible in the diffs: the song moved from longer sentences toward compact, staccato lines (many single-line entries in Verse 2 and the chorus), introduced specific physical/cardiac and electrical imagery during the afternoon session, and formalized the pre-chorus/chorus as the song’s hook.
