Tried out some cool tricks with this one, vocoding drums with horns, granular synth pads, altogether a fun vibe

Came up with a simpler version of this on Guitar but then added slash chords on the Piano. Lyrics again very much about plans for love and life. Solo was fun, enjoy :)

Cirrus: (cloud classification symbol: Ci) is a genus of high-altitude cloud made of ice crystals.

Another iPhone creation, this time no physical instruments and diving straight into electronic music (second time in my life I’m doing something in electro).

Anyway, I wanted to try to be able to record something when I don’t have an instrument around and piggybacking on a discussion I had a week ago with @dreat and @BurnedOutSun about jungle and drum and bass.

I keep missing the upload time every week si I’ve decided I’m no longer going to ask for missed links.  If I miss it I miss it.  My reality is that I still haven’t been able to find a job since my test was laid off a few months ago and every day id starting to blend together.  I have it check my phone every time i need to know which day of the week it is.  That’s understandable when you need to know double check the day of find month, but day of the week?  Thats when you know that things are starting to get a little tough haha.

Made some loops on the Dirtywave M8. Mostly samples and a some chords with the FM Synth. The "background" noise was recorded with the M8 microphone when travelling by train. Exported the stems from the M8 and worked on the arrangement and mixing in Ableton. Didnt add anything in Ableton except the vocal quote.

Thank you for tuning in!
