This week I am joined by Olivier Mankondo who shares his journey from growing up in the Congo to settling in the UK and how this change caused him to gain weight and experience chronic disease. After watching a program by an Indian Yogi, he adopted a plant-based lifestyle and never looked back. This change helped him overcome those chronic diseases, lose weight, and improve his overall well-being. Olivier’s advice to others is to start small and gradually incorporate healthier habits and not let criticism from others deter you from your goals.
