Hello Again!!!!! It has been awhile. In this episode I had asked a few Service Members if they could ask a coach ANYTHING, what would they ask. This week a good friend of my asked a great question to kick of the first of MANY :) "Ask a Coach" podcast series for Service Members.
What works for some does not work for all. When you decide you want to do something, just do it. Because there is no such thing as good or bad or right and wrong. All there is, is you and what you decide. Just because someone tells you it is the right way or that you NEED to do it does not make it Truth. You decide the truth, for you.
Today I want to talk about getting out of our comfort zone. Trying something new. Getting out of our sweat pants and doing something new. Trying something new when it comes to losing weight, or meeting any other types of goals. But I don’t mean physically....I don't mean get up take those sweat pants off and put those workout clothes on and get to it. And I don't mean start eating different so you can lose weight either. What I mean is... Just Be willing to try something different.
I am going to start out the year, talking about goals.
In this episode, I talk about the stress of the world we are living in and how it has had an affect on my own mental health and how I have been able to deal with our current circumstances without losing my mind.

Stress is a big deal when it comes to losing weight. Now let’s talk about the stress of doing a diet or program on top of the stress of everyday life. Because let's be real. Sometimes when we embark on the journey of losing weight and we pick something that we think is going to work, it really can become more stressful, that if we didn't do the diet or program in the first place. We have all dealt with a toxic person. Maybe even a toxic leader. But what makes them toxic in the first place? Most of the time we don't even question it. We just think it is the way they are.
