The sequence has been revealed. YES. L. M. 2. 3. What Matthew and his brother Steven unleashed with a spirit board thirty years ago left its fingerprints on the calendar's tenth door — a message hidden in plain sight, waiting for him to finally understand. Now the calendar has made its intentions unmistakable. A small cloth flag bearing the colors of Bayville, New York emerged from door eleven. Maroon. White. Mustard-yellow. A sun rising over hills. The emblem of a town Matthew fled as a ten-year-old boy, his family's screams still echoing in his ears as flames devoured everything he knew.He hasn't been back since. Hasn't spoken the name aloud in decades. The Kleins — his foster parents — gave him a new identity, a new life, a chance to bury the nightmare beneath thirty years of carefully constructed normalcy. But the calendar has been methodically excavating that grave since December first, and now it demands he return to where the bones are buried.Pastor Hart won't answer his calls. Detective Davenport watches him like a hawk circling wounded prey. His badge and gun sit in Lieutenant Sears' office, stripped away along with any authority he once had. The only person left standing beside him is Anika, and even she cannot follow where the calendar is pointing.Bayville awaits. The charred remains of his childhood home. The memories of a brother whose spirit now walks through Marshport, trailing ash and ember, whispering secrets to anyone who will listen. The truth about what crawled out of that spirit board on Christmas Eve, 1995.Thirteen doors remain sealed. Thirteen days until Christmas.
Matthew Klein is going home. But the boy who ran from those flames died in them too — and whatever emerges from Bayville may not be the same man who entered.

The advent calendar arrived nine days ago. No sender. No explanation. Just twenty-four numbered doors and a carved face with empty eyes that seemed to know exactly who Matthew Klein used to be.Since then, Marshport has become a graveyard.Three people are dead. A teenage boy has been twisted into a puppet for murder. A phantom child wrapped in ash and embers stalks the shadows, demanding obedience. And Matthew Klein — the man who ran while his family burned thirty years ago — has been branded with a wound that will not let him forget. He tried to destroy the calendar. The ocean spat it back. He refused to open a door. His youngest son woke screaming, wrapped in the coils of a python that should not exist. Now a mysterious hooded figure haunts the edges of Matthew's world. A bearded man who appears at funerals and vanishes into crowds. Someone who knows the rules of this game — perhaps even someone who wrote them.Pastor Russell Hart has offered to help – but has made a caveat… don’t open the next door until he’s in the room with the calendar to see it for himself.

Hollywood says Krampus is an ancient Christmas demon with roots in pagan mythology — but there's no evidence any of that is true. The real story of how this monster came to be is stranger than any legend. #HolidayHorrors

IN THIS EPISODE: We’re all familiar with the poem “A Visit From St. Nicholas” – better known as, “Twas The Night Before Christmas”. But while we know the poem, we can’t be quite as sure about who wrote it. (The Christmas Poem That Started a Feud) *** One of the great (and now, sadly, lapsed) Christmas traditions is the telling of ghost stories. On one particular year, a British teenager took this pastime to a whole other level. He didn't read about a Christmas Eve haunting. He experienced one. (The Phantom Choir of St. Albans) *** The past few years have made Krampus, the Christmas devil, a star of the big screen. But have you noticed that every version of him is different than the others? This may of course be in part to creative license, but it might have just as much if not more to do with the fact that none of the filmmakers had any idea of just what Krampus truly is, what he is all about, and how terrifying he can be. (Krampus, The Christmas Monster) *** Disaster strikes a small Illinois town on Christmas Eve, stripping away all that was merry and bright for the families who lived there. (The Christmas Eve Mine Disaster)
