Strap in for some validation. This week I am talking to the Elite about something every single one of us is effected by and may be the reason you are so hard on yourself and not able to achieve what you have never felt like enough. So much of what we think, believe, feel, like, dislike, etc. has been handed to us by outside forces and not our own true opinions. On this episode we are going to decipher what thoughts have been given to you and what thoughts are really yours. You are not wrong for living how you are living as long as you are in alignment with your Elite self. If you are hard on yourself or are unsure if you're living your life how you should be this episode is for you.
On this week's solo episode I am giving you guys the secret sauce to becoming the best version of yourself. If you have spent so much energy and effort towards consistent self improvement: reading the books, watching the videos, following all the social media accounts, looking for an answer, this is the answer for you. Don't get me wrong, still utilize your resources, but if you are looking to finally cross the threshold into embodying your highest self the only answer you need is in this episode. Then you can refer back to your other resources to really solidify what your best self looks like for you. If you're looking for advise to feel like all of the hard work you have been putting into yourself has not paid off and you want to see some results this episode is for you.
Why is it that it makes sense that to become great, or even decent at a new skill -- playing a sport, learning a new instrument, painting a picture, a new job, WHATEVER, practice makes perfect makes perfect sense. But when it comes to new skills we want to improve on mentally, gaining confidence, setting boundaries, loving ourselves, feeling less overwhelmed, loving ourselves more, we expect to be good at the new self improvement tool the MOMENT we learned it just because we're intelligent enough to understand what needs to be done to improve. On this solo episode I am walking you through the warm up, skill building, and practice of applying a new self improvement skill. If you're looking for advise to get you unstuck from the phase of knowing what to do, but not knowing how to do it and to start ACTUALLY reaping the rewards of all of the hard work you're putting into your self growth, this episode is for you!

This week Sarah sat down with Master Certified Life Coach and #1 best selling author Ginny Priem to discuss her traumatic and shocking end to a romantic relationship as the man she thought was living in her house turned out to not be the man she thought he was at all sending her on her own path of healing and growing. She now focuses on transforming the lives of others to grow from adversity through her book and coaching work as well as public speaking and hosting her podcast Drinking With Gin. On this episode, She opens up about common patterns and behaviors that indicate a manipulative relationship. We discuss the emotional turmoil of living in a distorted reality and what that did to both her mental and physical wellbeing and hindsight realizations that will help others remove themselves from these situations. Most importantly, Ginny gives the Ishies techniques that don’t just leave you in the numbness of the confirmation you're in a tumultuous situation, but that you can put into practice right away.
