In this episode, I will be unpacking how my lived experience of loss, death and grief has impacted me and shaped me as a future social worker.

Cecile is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who specializes in treating C-PTSD.

She owns a counselling agency, WellMind Counselling, in Kamloops, BC, where she works 1-on-1 with folks to help them manage their trauma.

Cecile is also a clinical supervisor and trains counselling students as they complete their masters degree.

In her free time, you will likely find Cecile doing something outside with her dog, Rosie. They love to go running, swimming and they play a lot of disc golf!
