Zeina Ghossoub, executive coach, speaker, author and wellness expert. Zeina Ghossoub is a clinical dietitian who has been in practice for over 18 years. She has had thousands of patients that span the entire Arab region. She is also the first and only certified wellness coach in Lebanon and the Middle East. Zeina is an owner of Vie Saine, a wellness center that uses a team of professionals such as MD's, dietitians and trainers to promote and apply the concepts of her approach to total mind, body and soul wellness. She is a doctoral counseling student at Capella University. Zeina currently is a regular on four TV networks, has her own TV and radio talk show, is a writer and a contributor to several magazines, has her own newsletter and websites, has developed a nutrition manual for children nutrition to be taught in the Lebanese schools and it has been approved by the Lebanese Ministry of Education. She is a part author of "Ready, Aim, Excel! and is currently writing a book about coaching to be released soon. In addition she is also a coauthor with Dr. Cathy Greenberg, a world renowned wellness coach, in a book about healthy and happy women.
