When meditating you need to be on a quiet place let family know you do not want be disturb for what ever time you set to meditate on. Allow yourself to be relax and comfortable keep your eye open but space on like you traveling to where you want or picture your heart desire. Begin to repeat the meditation or listen to it, but keep your thought focus on the goal.

realizing that you're enjoying the life you want and everything is already at your reach exactly the way you wanted to be.
