I can talk to you about my experience I was always a person that keeper my body will come in check because I do not want to gain weight I can take gaining weight I said myself to measure that I can leave off which is 130 to 135 I don't want to go lower at 1:30 and I do not want to go a 135 / 135 so this way I can balance my body right if I see myself gained 5 lb I don't say it's OK to get in 5 hours because I'm 1:35 because 1:35 is my Max so from 5 lb I have to check myself what I did wrong why I get 5 lb up my 1:35 so I drink more water to flush me out maybe I eat something sweet too much or perhaps I put too much carbs in me all movie ages play naughty for quiet time gained 5 lb it could be any reason today this is what I want to talk to you about is that before you start losing weight you need to find out what see if you are in a medication OK the first thing you need to have is a lace what kind of medication that I am taking that can make me gain weight because you know every drug have a side effect OK Google.
