Most people feel anxious from time to time, but it tends to be a problem if the worry is out of proportion to the stressful situation, persists when the stress is over, or occurs when there isn't an obviously stressful situation.

There will always be periods of life that are more challenging than others. We don't have control of that, but we can choose to respond to a difficult situation in a more helpful way.

Instead of focusing on what could go wrong, think about what could go right.

Do you feel constantly angry or sad? If so, you have to find ways to release them.

Negative energy can manifest in a range of different ways.

It’s all about becoming more aware of your life’s energies and where they are coming from. Words are powerful. There is never a moment when we aren’t reading, speaking, or listening.

Once we’ve made it a habit to pay attention to the negative words, it’s easier to believe them. We have all of the power in the world to make the switch and use positive words to uplift every aspect of our lives.

What you do has a stronger impact than what you say.

It is much easier to lie with your words than with your actions, because what you do correlates more with what you want and what you believe. You can say anything without strongly believing in it.
