It's time to visit with Jimmy Sharp, co-founder of the John Emerald Distillery to talk about his journey from Montgomery to Scotland and back to the Alabama/Georgia border, where he brought American Single Malt to the area. We'll also talk about how he harvests his own sugarcane for his rum.
