The Cleveland Browns lost to the Atlanta Falcons, 23-20, in another bad-looking loss for Cleveland. Cleveland controlled most of the game, but some shortcomings on offense and poor run defense were the downfall for the team. The team falls to 2-2 on the season. Both losses this season have been games where the Browns should have come away with the victory.
